5.5 hr. Kanaio/ Molokini -
I have been rafting in the Grand Canyon for 6 days so I have perspective. This trip is worth the time and money - and includes breakfast and lunch. Not a booze cruise! Dante and Captain Joe were both from Massachusetts - loved their jobs and were good at them. Even kindly to a woman that was sick and that says something.

We had an early start, about 7am, and it was never a dull moment after that - beautiful scenery, 3 snorkeling stops, breakfast of fruit and tasty muffins, lunch was sandwiches you could make yourself. All this and dolphins too! Tons of them.

We would do this trip again!

We did the express trip to Molikini for 2 hours. We saw a huge multi pod group of spinner dolphins on the way over. It was awesome. Crew is great and on this trip all the boats were gone and we had all of Molikini to ourselves. This was our second trip with them - they are great. The boat is fast and bumpy so if you have back issues sit in the back on the cushion. :-)

Definitely not for anyone with back, hip or joint problems. I recommend sitting in the back of the boat. I sat in the middle of the boat became airborne a couple times and was a little soar the next day. Come to think of it, the boat was airborne a couple times too! We did the 5 hour snorkel trip with Nicky as our guide. Nicky rocked! The wind was up and the swell had come in. Nicky safely guided us to our snorkel spots all while pointing out islands and lava creations along the way. She was very knowledgable and upbeat. The snorkeling was incredible. There were HUGE curious fish and beautiful coral all around us. We saw a few turles on the way in. The snorkel gear was great, better than my personal gear. We will definitely do this again. It was the highlight of our vacation!

I have been to the islands 16 times in the last 18 years and this was the best adventure trip I have had. Riding so close to the ocean waves was exhilarating and seeing the volcano rock and sea caves is something you can't see from shore. They took us to great snorkeling sites with the best conditions.
The crew, Devin and Brad were prepared and professional but also great fun. They interacted with all the people on board and even got my 16 year old to laugh! The two work so well together and made the getting up at 5:30 AM worth while.
My children who are 16 and 13 thought it was interesting and very fun and want to repeat it when we come back. We would request the same captains.
