This was more than dinner ... it was great experience. Being able to watch them prep the food, walk around the grounds with a drink in my hand, and watch the performance during dinner was a lot of fun. Would do it again.

We visited-an adult tourist couple on NYE.
The bus pick at the city venue was chaotic, slow and frustrating, however I guess it was a seriously busy day.
The guide/host on our bus was delightful and funny which helped overcome initial less than favourable impressions
Given the scale of this enterprise it was really well managed from an operational point of view.
Large numbers of people were marshalled about very effectively by hoards of smiling crew.
There are a host of activities but we found them to be most suitable for young family groups.
The food was OK considering the numbers and site etc but certainly not anything to write home about. Beverages a bit pricey and the whole purchase process slow and confused by vouchers and value exchange.
There was a 'show, component which was well executed.
We had tried to buy 'first class' tickets and ere told it was sold out. It was immensely frustrating to seethe empty seats (lots ) in that area.
We felt the evening was expensive given our experience and were a bit annoyed with the recommendation from someone who should have known better

We booked this Luau after all reviews back in March 2012. For some reason it disappear from Trip advisor and I want to make sure that people that will look for great place to go will not do same mistake as we did.
We got "VIP" seats its joke. Show was as good as cheap resort show with Chinese food........
If you want to book Luau, do it in Maui, it’s cheaper and you can get some advice. Second time we went to Four Seasons Hotel Luau and it was good choice.
Professional show with good food, great location and open bar made our evening.

Just an FYI, this Luau is closed and there is no way to contact the owners. Too bad since based on the reviews here it was one of the best.
