We actually didn't even make it for a massage. I read another review complaining about the masseuse texting during her timed session, but we decided to book anyway. We called to ask for a massage and facial for both my husband & I. He had never had a facial but many spa's have men's facials advertised so I don't think it's unheard of. She laughed at us for him wanting a facial and suggested he does something else. He said he wanted the facial and again she tried to convince him to get a longer massage instead (while laughing). We were annoyed but just booked what she suggested. We thought about it and called back to cancel within 10 minutes, realizing we really weren't going to get what we wanted for our money but there was no answer.
A few minutes later we received a text message that said "in a session, can i help u?". I know it's 2012, but using a text message to communicate with potential customers is completely unprofessional. Not to mention the shorthand, AND the fact that she admitted that she was taking time away from someone else's massage to text us.
Whoever's massage that was, I'm sorry you didn't get the full amount of time you paid for!
