“Nice blend/fusion of cuisines”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

Wow - what a find!

We stayed in Wailea and wanted to get away from the resort for dinner. Really nice deck/patio - though in a parking lot setting - they pull it off with lighting and landscaping. It feels very cozy and comfortable. The guitar player/singer was just perfect for background music. Not only was he talented - but somehow he accepts that "if a little volume on the amp is good then more is not always better". I really appreciated being able to talk while dining and not having to compete with the music. Great music, at that!

Food was very good and very creative. Starter of their unique chips and salsa was so delicious, that I asked for more salsa to put on my burger - it was housemade and full of favors of the southwest!

Spider roll sushi was very unique - highly recommend it!

It was a bit challenging to find the restaurant as it is in a business park of sorts and the buildings all share a common address - or at least my GPS thought they did. Be patient and call for directions if you get within 1,000 feet and just can't find the front door. It's worth the effort.

I really wish the owners great success - they are talented chiefs and ambitious in their menu as well as their business plan. Best of luck guys!

“Would not record this”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

We went here on our last night in Maui and we were utterly disappointed. We had two appetizers that are not even noteworthy here, and two entrees: the hawaiian jambala and the hawaiian style ribs. First of all the jambala seemed to contain rice for the most part and just not really tasty... And the ribs tasted as if it came straight out of the microwave. Definitely not good value for money!

“Creative menu - good food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

We dined here last night after reading about it on TA. We started off with a Maui Mango from unique cocktail list. It was made with fresh raspberry puree, and really was a nice drink. The menu was very creative and they had a good variety of sushi, sashimi, and other apps from which to choose. The 3 of us shared a Hawaiian roll, which was probably the best I've had - although it's really hard to say from the meager bite that I got to try. My teenage son ate the rest so quickly, and he's not even a tuna fan. I had the tropical salad, and it was superb. My husband had the Hawaiian Jambalaya, and he thought it was amazing. My son loved the chicken teriyaki, although he wasn't a big fan of the rice. Our service wasn't bad, not the best, but I wouldn't exactly call it attentive either. So just in case it helps to know what the damage was to to the wallet, 2 cocktails, 1 app, 3 entrees and 1 glass of wine was about $100 before tip. Overall, it really was a great meal.

“An interesting menu, good quality food. ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013 via mobile

On a bit of a food safari around Maui and Oahu as a microcosm of the greater USA. We also have a 3 year old and a toddler in tow.

We had lunch at Three's. It's a very cruisy place, under large shady trees. It has a very interesting menu, so much so it's probably with more than one visit. Live music.

We had blackened fish, and it was perfect. Staff were very helpful. Latest way had a problem with our hire car, and they allowed us to has their phone.

If you are down at Kehei and feel peckish drop in.

“Good Happy Hour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

We stopped by Three's for Happy Hour. The margaritas were fine, and the sushi was yummy. It has a nice patio off the main drag.
