My wife and our 11 months old baby had an amazing time, four nights experience. They make you feel like home. They never say no to you, staff all remember our names, our daily schedule activities. I lost my sunglasses because I misplaced it at the restaurant, called the manager, they couldn't find it but then offered to credit me the vaule of the sunglasses towards my credit card- I felt very bad but I did take the offer. We had an amazing ice cream sandwich at the restaurant next to golf course, and the day we were leaving, manager went and grab the sandwich running to deliver to us afraid we were going to be late for shuttle bus. Their efforts were unbeliable and certainly will make your stay unforgettable. When we were having dinner and our baby was getting fussy, they brought a little shark doll for my baby to play. They are simply the best place you can stay during vacation, now I can't wait to visit all Four Seasons resort all over the world.

I meant to write this review last year as I promised the chef at the cafe I would do. It was superb dining. They really did a great job and the chef was able to get out and speak to the guests to see how the meal was. My guest and I felt pampered and well cared for as you should in a resort like this. Be sure to visit the Lodge while on Lanai as well, it's like a painting! Beautiful in all aspects.

No complaints, a very memorable trip thanks to the staff at Four Seasons Resort at Lana'i at Manele Bay. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was amazing as well as the pool and beach area. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the Ocean Hale.
Made it a very memoable vacation.

Room Tip: We were on the 4th floor with a great view and very comfortable room.

We split our time in Hawaii between this hotel and the Four Seasons on Maui. COming from NYC, we loves the quiet, calm, and peacefulness of Lanai. Maui was amazing as well, and the service just as good, but the vibe was much busier and more of a scene.
Lanai was a wonderful place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. The service was outstanding, the resort was spotless. The pool was perfect and beautiful. The pathway to the beach was gorgeous as well.
HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting Hawaii.

We went there with our kids (4, 7, & 8). We all had such an amazing time. The beach was awesome, and watching the dolphins was just so cool! The pool was equally great! Our rooms were clean, bright and large with the most spectacular views. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Our kids declared this hotel their "new favorite"! And we parents agree! We will be going back!

Property is among the most "tired" of Four Seasons properties. Waited 20 years to finally get to this property. Though having the most spectacular, NATURAL dolphin encounter in the wild, I must say the hotel disappoints. There are so many other places in Hawaii that top this....and you are pretty much captive by the two hotels. Though paying $125. for a broken down jeep rental, from the only agency in town, there is nothing to see even after driving down every bad, rutted road in sight. Go to big island Four Seasons instead. This property has changed management over the years, and I doubt Four Seasons wants to stick around. Undeserving of the name.

Aloha Zforall,

Mahalo for taking the time to share your feedback with us. While it's nice to learn you witnessed the wild Spinner dolphins in their natural habitat (a spectacular sight indeed!), I'm sorry to hear your overall feelings of the island and resort did not meet your expectations. The pristine, natural and untouched landscape of the island lend itself to discover the true beauty and adventure that awaits guests. Whether exploring the many off the beaten path areas in a 4x4 vehicle, or hiking, there are uncrowded beaches, historical sites, and endless opportunities for a private and rich getaway. Thank you again for sharing details of your stay, I truly appreciate your honest feedback and have shared your comments with our executive team. If you would like to discuss your stay and feedback in more detail, please feel free to contact me at the below email address. Thank you again.

I was just here in March 2013 and stayed almost 2 weeks - primarily working as the manager of a corporate incentive travel group. In the course of our stay, we used every restaurant and outlet, the concierge daily, the beach, the transportation - well everything on the island. It was not only beautiful but the service at the resort was great. The staff, including the best front desk on the planet, were friendly and really cared about your well-being and your hospitality experience - even the resort manager. The only thing that could be improved (and it's not owned by the Four Seasons) is the transportation on the island. I can't wait to return.

Room Tip: Get the Ocean Front rooms if possible for full access to the sea. You may also be able to see the s...

Aloha Gwenna,

Greetings from paradise! Thank you so much for writing such a wonderful review of your stay with us this past March. The feedback and praise is much appreciated and I will share with the team, especially the note about "the best front desk on the planet," this is especially touching. I'm pleased to learn your group enjoyed their time on Lanai and experienced our attentive and thoughtful service, a variety of activities and exquisite dining. Whether traveling as a large group or an intimate getaway, the island offers many opportunities to experience Hawaii the way it was meant to be - pristine, natural and culturally rich, complimented by our team's genuine warmth and aloha. Thank you again and I look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
