We stayed at the unit 413 in Oct 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The rooms were well appointed with all amenities. There was a TV in the living area and the master bedroom as well. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the gadgets necessary. Infact it had way more things than one could expect, which was very nice. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. And the view was spectacular. Do not expect to see any sunrises or sunsets from the unit due to its orientation.
At the entrance is an area with glass roof, giving that a sunroom feel, beyond that was the living area, dining etc. The negative about this sunroom is it makes it really hot inside especially from 12-4pm, there are no shades to cover it internally. It would be nice to have some sort of an option to cover it if one wants to cut the glare.
As the units do not have an a/c, you have to depend on the cool breeze and fans to keep the interiors cool. The day we landed it was very hot and this sunroom made the situation worse.
The ceiling fans in the guest bedroom works on a low speed, it needs attention. Also they need to replace the dusty portable fan in the guest room as well. I had to clean off the dust before using it.
The plants on the balcony need some TLC.
On the whole a nice unit but the management needs to work on some issues.
