This is a good place to watch a sunset. Would be better when there are clouds in the sky, adds to the view.
Drinks? Yikes. $22 for one virgin and one regular Bloody Mary served in highball glasses. We were there so long, (seating fills up if you don't get there early and brave the pounding sun), we ordered a mixed sushi roll plate $28, a bottle of San Pellagrino water $9, and two Coors Lights $8 each. The sushi plate was good with 4 slices of a California Roll and 5 other Nigiri Sushi pieces. Great flavor, just pretty small pieces. Then of coarse a tip for the valet parking... and then we went to dinner in Hanalei Town.
As were were leaving, we realized that we didn't need to sit down at a table, we could have gotten there later like many and just walked out the side patio door and had a great view at the end. Live and learn. It was a very nice atmosphere though and our waitress was very good. The view of the mountains and water is also very good from that height.
