Stayed here for three nights December 8 through 10, 2012, on my first trip back to Kauai and to this hotel since 2002. The magnificent landscaping over the fifty acres of this resort should make it a must stop for anyone visiting the Emerald island of Kauai. The exotic pool lagoons are another major plus including a saltwater lagoon, an adults only lagoon, a water slide, and a family lagoon area. The hotel rooms are lovely. I stayed in the Poipu wing (as opposed to the Shipwreck wing) with access to the Grand Club Lounge. Every room has an ocean view. The staff is absolutely committed to seeing to it that you have a magnificent stay. The rooms are lovely. I did not have time to use the spa services but other guests told me it was fabulous.
