“Delish!”

We ate here twice and loved it! Great staff, super friendly. The food very good, fresh. Busy place in the evening. Must try Hula Pie for dessert!

“Fun & good food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

We had a very nice meal----only it was not exactly as ordered. Wish mine was cooked to order. Overall the waiter was excellent----even though our table was in the pathway to most of the other tables. The restaurant was noisy but fun to see. I would try it again to see if things were better.

“Try the Hula pie!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

We sat on the bar side and recommend doing so because you can order from the bar menu AND the main dining room menu. The poke tower appetizer was amazing! We ended the meal with an original hula pie and it was delicious. Staff was polite and attentive. The music was really good too.

“Good food, fun atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

This might be a "touristy" kind of place, but as a tourist, I liked it. The atmosphere is fun and lush, kind of upscale tiki-bar. The food was very good indeed. Overall, a fun, relaxing, beautiful-to-look-at place to go on our first night in Hawaii.

“Excellent food and live music”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

We had dinner at the bar during the live music (7-9 pm on Monday) late June 2014. Seated in the bar area, ordered from both the dining room and bar menu, a nice plus. We didn't have reservations but arrived just before 7 pm and got seated right away. Food was terrific, I had the chef's special/two fresh fish with local veg and coconut rice (truly excellent, the perfect blend of flavors and the vegetables were really fresh). Hubby had fish & chips - freshly battered and fried, delicious. The music was "Dave and the other guy" with ukulele and bass guitar, played some traditional Hawaiian songs and newer favorites. Wonderful singers and volume level was just right. The drinks were very flavorful and creative. The backdrop is gorgeous, they've created an eco-amphitheater with the high trees in back above the pond and foliage. At night the lights complete the wonderful effect. Inexpensive by Hawaii standards, close by resorts in Poipu (south coast)
