Nice condos close to the shoreline, no beach. All new furntiure and appliances, large bedrooms and baths. Located in a nice area, easy walk to the Sheraton and its beach, and a couple of new shopping villages, and nice restauants. The property is not complete yet, they are still building more units, and the restaurant, but you barely notice the construction. We were there early December, and got upgraded to an ocean view as I believe occupancy was low at that time. The view of the ocean was nice, but it also included the dirt pit of construciton. There were two pools, one small, one big, and each with a hot tub. Everyone was very friendly. There was a small maket on site with also a light menu to eat, food is okay. The downsides incudes: Only the big pool was heated, I believe to save energy, and the additional $20 daly resort fee seemed exessive since I didn't see it as a resort, and the spa and restaurant was not yet available.
