My husband, 16 year old daughter and I ate at Mark's while in Kauai. We always seek out little, local places when we travel. We had chicken & beef teriyaki and chicken katsu, plus lemon crunch cake for dessert. Mark's is only take out and there's a couple of picnic tables outside where you can eat. It's not big on atmosphere(located in an industrial park), but it is big on flavor. This was one of our cheapest meals in Kauai, but also one of the best. The beef teriyaki was probably the best I've had. The chicken katsu was also very good. We had katsu at other places and none was as good as this. They have mixed plate items, fish, and desserts. If you like small local places, this is a great place. Don't go there expecting the Ritz!
