“Get them peeled!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2014

After a very rainy day we decided to get take out and eat in the condo. We had seen this place one day while walking around the shopping center so decided to give it a try.
I ordered their signature garlic shrimp and thought it was only okay. As others have said it has lots of garlic but I didn't think there was enough other flavours to make a good dish also I should have ordered it peeled as it was a mess to eat!
My husband ordered a Cajun style shrimp that was served in a broth cup ( sorry can't remember what it was called) he liked his and ordered extra rice to have with. That dish came with the peeled shrimp so it was fine.
We enjoyed the Shrimp Station much more during our stay on Kauai

“A Kauai Must”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2014 via mobile

We eat here several times on each trip. Love the move from the truck to the shopping center. The coconut shrimp is my favorite. My husband likes the garlic shrimp. Both very flavorful & portions are very generous. Prices have gone up a little but are still very reasonable for the amount of food & it's uniqueness.

“Shrimp Po Boy :)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2014 via mobile

Our second or third visit here was as expected for fast food. We waited several minutes to be served because nobody was manning the counter at noon, one man doing prep work in kitchen ignored us. Just prior to walking away two women arrived to staff the counter. We returned for their Shrimp Po Boy and were disappointed that it is no longer on the menu. Saved by one of the servers who cheerfully offered to make one for us! It was outstanding, stuffed full of sweet succulent shrimp and salad, ample and fulfilling.
I ordered shrimp tacos, not sure of what to expect. Like the sandwich my tacos were amply stuffed with big fresh tasting local shrimp. I could have been happy with one taco but the meal included two fulfilling shrimp tacos.
Their specialties are plate lunches featuring shrimp and fish.
Service was friendly and unlike other fast food places our meals and drinks were served at our table.
Tables are available inside and outside, with only inside tables having shade.
They get busy at noon with limited tables and do a big carry out business but most of the day and evening there are few customers seen there.
Because this is located in an upscale mall with high rents, prices are a little higher than similar places outside of malls.
