The pool area has three hot tubs, two of which are reserved for adults. Oasis bar and restaurant provide decent food and over priced drinks (unless it's happy hour, then it's about right). The pool has two water slides, a lazy river (with no current), and a waterfall you can swim under.
I was in a two bedroom, three bathroom suite. The room is very spacious with sleeping room for 6 (3 double beds). The hide-a-bed can be used but is very uncomfortable (I opted to sleep on the couch as is). There is a full kitchen, two tubs, two showers, three toilets, three tv's, two outdoor tables and one indoors, and lots of wiggle room. Washer and dryer are in the room, but our washer was out of order. The staff allowed us to use another rooms washer, but it was a hassle.
My only complaint is the there is no room service, the staff is difficult to get ahold of (especially after 5pm or before 8am). I have always had staff available to help me with my needs at any resort, but not here. Oasis has decent food, but it took me a half hour to get a burger, and they don't bring it to your room, you must wait for it at the restaurant.
The spa is WAY overpriced. I booked a longer full body massage for a fraction of the price a mile north of the resort.
All in all, a beautiful resort, a wonderful time, and a little lack-luster staff. While I really enjoyed the visit, I wouldn't pay for this resort. I would much rather save money, have better staff service, and spend my days away from the hotel. I was very fortunate to be a guest of my friends at such a beautiful resort! :-)
