“Ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

Not the best dinning experience, felt rushed, and it was overpriced. The enviorment was not very good. The chef cooking at our table was just strange.

“Hmmm... teppanyaki”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

I love teppanyaki! we go often here at home to benihana and a couple of local places. Imari ranked up there with the places we love. Our chef was funny, and the food was great. The kid's chicken meal was complimentary. The food was a little pricey, but we weren't surprised. I had the sirloin and lobster and I think it was $62. I had the garlic rice, and I think I'd pass on that if we were to go back. The lobster was great.

“hot and fresh”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

For those who have said they didn't like the food here I'm a little perplexed. It is after all cooked hot and fresh right in front of you. If you like fresh stir fried veggies and meat it's good. Our chef didn't have the greatest presentation skills. Service was not too attentive.

“Great food and experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2013

This was one of the best restaurants at the Hilton. The food was excellent. The hibachi experience is great for the kids. They enjoy the "volcano" and performance of the chef. Overall a good restaurant, make sure to make a reservation so you don't have to wait.

“Excellent, especially with kids”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

Prices are high, and I'm not sure you need to drive from other resorts to eat here. But we ate here on Christmas Day, and had very delicious and interesting food, and got great service even with a little kid along. Enjoyed especially the unusual choices like shiso leaf and sour plum sushi. Kids' drinks were delicious too (loved the blue dolphin - wanted it even as a grownup). Service was a bit slow to start but then extremely attentive. We had a terrific meal, and the setting is pleasant. The manager (a very nice woman) is a gem!
