Located in the Waikoloa Village marketplace this is a real find. Great Italian food all freshly made on the premises. From the bread to the pasta and pizza everything was absolutely delicious. Great for any age.

“Delicious and reasonably priced, great kids place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013

We loved this restaurant so much we went back a second time during our week in Hawaii. Our kids loved the home made pizzas and we loved the pasta that is made right there on site. Absolutely delicious Italian food that is reasonably priced. The service is very fast, which is great for hungry kiddos that can't sit for long periods of time. Call ahead of a reservation if you can because there are busy.

“Waikoloa's Gem, an Experience to Remember! Bravo!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

Peuo's Osteria, Waikoloa's Gem! Incredibly authentic Italian cuisine incorporating the best of Big Island local ingredients, prepared with sophistication and heart!

Our table of six enjoyed freshly baked bread, nicely assorted Antipasto Board with wonderful Mozzarella, tender Cozze Posilipo Nelha Black Mussels, and a delightful Arugula Salad accomanied with an inspiring Lemon Truffle Vinaigrette. Each selection was quite delicious, I'd happily enjoy each of these dishes again and again!

I absolutely could not resist the Gorgonzola Gnocchi with Truffles, Cream, & Pistachio Nuts, sinfully fabulous, just to die for! The Tagliatelle and Rigatoni Bolognese with Local Beef, Wild Boar, and Provimi Veal were all fantastic. You really can't beat watching your pasta being freshly made in Peuo's partially open kitchen. Each pasta sauce incorporated layers of delightfully robust flavors dancing on your tongue.

An evening of smiles and laughter, with excellent cuisine, topped off with lively, friendly service. Don't miss a visit to Pueo's, an experience sure to be remembered. Thank you Chef Babian & Christine, Bravo!

“Fabulous New Find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

Charming decor and staff, with excellent and interesting dishes combining local Hawaiian produce and meats with high-end imported Italian ingredients. Also an impressive wine list. The chef/owner was formerly the executive chef at the Four Seasons (which has some of the top restaurants on the island). We loved the creativity and every dish was beautifully executed. It's a very good value - the restaurant is out of the main resort area (but not too far), and prices are more reasonable than most quality restaurants around there. Definitely permanently on our list for future trips!

“Fantastic new Italian restaurant up the hill in Waikoloa Village!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013

Wonderful experience, waiter was excellent, ambiance was perfect. The canneloni and gnocchi dishes were amazing!
Dont miss the foccacia bread either, made right there in the restaurant. The hazelnut torte was beyond the best. Great lil place, will definitely be back. Check out their "late night" menu. Coming back from Kona or heading to Kona this will be a great place to stop when all other places are closed. Good luck to you guys, will see you again soon!!
