This was one of the best surprise birthday presents! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure you had a great time while staying safe. Lots of fun for a first timer! I would suggest letting then know what package you purchased when making you reservations as this was booked through LivingSocial.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2012

The best Zip on the Island!! The course is over these tropical gardens - PARADISE!! and the guildes were VERY cool!! They were not rushed or pushy in anyway and they really followed through on the safety items -VERY responsible! And soooo informative about the plants and the island!!! A wealth of information - I will go the next trip to Big Island and recommend to all my friends and family!!

“Everyone should go on the Zip Isle Line at the World Botanical Garden!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2012

See the flowers & trees from above. I am totally acrophobic, but the guides make friends with you from the first moment. The first line is just right to get you used to being up on a string, the they get better with each zip across the gorgeous stream. The high-wire bridge is just daring enough, and you end on a long long zip to the finish line. This goes right through the botanical gardens, so you learn about tree & flower species as you go from side to side. This is not a death-defying taunting of your mortal fate ; it is just a different perspective of the beauty of this Island. Make time in your schedule to go, for sure!
