“NOT disappointed!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Since this was a special trip for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary, I wanted to make sure the place we stayed was perfect for her, and it was! We arrived early and it was no problem. Sherrie was waiting for us and took us straight to our room. It was on the second floor, and it was a nice spacious room. Bed was comfortable with awesome linens.

The breakfasts were amazing each day and the fruit choices were especially wonderful. We ended up not even eating lunch each day since we were so full after Sherrie's breakfasts. Katherine was really a great cook and was so friendly each morning greeting all of us.

One afternoon, I was at the dining room table studying while my wife was resting and I had the whole house to myself. There was a Bull Moose in the backyard minding his own business, just resting. As I watched him over the next hour or so, he finally got up to wander around in the beautifully landscaped back yard to see what there was to eat. Then he noticed me observing him, so he came up to the window to pose for even a better picture (see below )

Yes, the price is a little on the high side, but they are high all over in this area. So my suggestion would be to pay a little more and stay here, you will be glad you did!!

We stayed at the Wildflower Inn last year for the first time and fell in love with it. We couldn't wait to stay there again this time and were not disappointed. Everything was absolutely perfect once again. Sherrie and Ken are the best hosts and make you feel very pampered, special and at home, as well as provide you with any information related to the area or activities. The breakfast is amazing every single morning, the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need, the 4-pm snacks/drinks are something we looked forward to every day, and of course the property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. This place will always be our place of choice to stay at!

we looked for 2 rooms for my grandsons & me for our week in Jackson hole, Wy. We were amazed at our accommodations located in a separate building with both a living room & a complete kitchen with everything that you could ask for. the place was so wonderful & we loved sitting out on our own veranda & seeing the gorgeous nite sky. Our gracious hosts were so helpful with directions, suggestions on how to spend our day & places to eat. we took all their suggestions & had the most wonderful Float ride, White water rafting, horseback ride & trips to nearby Teton & Yellowstone & of course the Rodeo. They lent us hiking poles & whatever we needed. This was truly the most wonderful place & have ever stayed & hope to return again.

Room Tip: it is a small bed & breakfast place with a separate apartment for a family.

Green Features: all garbage was sorted & everything was truly "green".

We stayed at Wildflower for a July 2014 week as we explored Wyoming. The Inn is spectacular, the hospitality warm and gracious, the breakfasts delicious, the outdoors around the inn magnificent and Sherrie and the help staff most welcoming and helpful. Thanks largely to the magnificence of The Wildflower Inn this sojourn was a vacation we never wanted to end. Of course, Wyoming's natural beauty is a treasure and we must preserve this God-given unparalleled blessing.

Room Tip: Any of the rooms appeared to be desirable.

My wife and I took the short drive from Salt Lake City to Jackson for our 5 year Anniversary. This was not necessary something different for us, or a cultural experience as Salt Lake City has a lot of the same culture, attractions, etc. As we have traveled the world together the thing that we enjoy and value the most is the perspective that we acquire from meeting and interacting with different kinds of people. The Wildflower Inn was perfect. Rather than just staying at a resort we chose the more intimate environment of a bed and breakfast. Although we only spent 3 nights here, we were able to meet such kind and diverse people. Truly a special place with great hosts. Thanks so much to Sherrie for making our short notice trip wonderful. She was more than helpful in every way possible. Hope to come back for a bit longer next time. Thanks Sherrie.

Seventeen years ago two Chesapeake Bay sailors made their first venture out West. Our stay at Wildflower Inn those many years ago turned our lives in a new direction thanks to Sherrie and Ken and our introduction to mountain hiking. After that visit we hiked all over the West! This year we returned to the inn with our son, daughter-in-law and three year old granddaughter. Thankfully, the inn had not changed - the rooms are still charming; the setting, among manicured lawns with profuse flowers surrounded by woods and a meandering stream complete with four foot bridges, is even lovelier; and the breakfasts and afternoon snacks (all made from scratch) are a culinary treat. Sherrie is a wealth of information and especially helpful when looking for restaurants with vegetarian and child menus. Everything about the inn reflects attention to detail including three hooks in the bathroom, 3-way lightbulbs in the four bedroom lamps, fresh flowers in the main rooms and even Caspari napkins with the snacks. In the scheme of things, these small details may not be all that important, but they reflect the overall care Sherrie and Ken apply to ensuring guests are comfortable and at peace in their surroundings. This was especially meaningful to those of us who live in the perpetual chaos of the Washington DC area. We loved our eight night stay and encourage you not to miss a Wildflower Inn escape.

We have just had the most amazing guests this summer and it has been especially fun to see those who have not been with us for a few years. It has been great fun to share all of those wonderful life experiences since we last saw each other. And for our new guests....we love sharing with you many of the wonderful things we enjoy in life...Jackson Hole, the National Parks, great food and companionship. Thank you all!!! Sherrie, Ken and Jessica
