For being the World's Largest HoT springs, I expected more effort. In the middle of summer, the hotel pool isn't open. Something with the chemicals- Didn't fix it while we were there, nor made an effort to offer free tickets to swim in hot springs, or discounted room. Poor effort was made in the cleanliness of the room. Paying $100/night I expected more. Very dissapointed.
