As other reviews state, this is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Like other reviewers we paid for two mountain-view rooms and our tiny balconies were looking at other roofs. We used the Amex platinum program which is supposed to give us an upgrade if available and this was not a great set of rooms for location. However, we settled in so i didn't sk to change. The staff were super friendly and the resort was very clean. The Westbank Grill was very good and they went above and beyond to cook the fish we caught on a beautiful trip to Jenny Lake. I missed some of the little touches I usually find a luxury hotel like a welcome gift/ note or a card with the next day's weather along with a chocolate or cookie at turn down service. Our rooms weren't cleaned until almost 4pm. Room service arrived quickly but had little errors - no salt and pepper, no butter, two milks and only 1 cofee cup. They remedied all very quickly. The concierges worked hard to make our itinerary work for us in advance of our arrival. However, they changed so often we always worked with a different person. Wish they had done a little more with restaurants like asking for a table with a view or letting us know we could reserve outside or inside. I didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. Overall, this was my first Four Seasons stay and i expected more personal attention and frankly just more "wow". Considering the room prices at close to $1,000 per night, i feel like we could have stayed next door at the Snake River Lodge for a lot less, kept the same beautiful location and not missed much in terms of amenites and service.
