“First class service from a first class hotel group.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2012

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at the Four seasons Resort Jackson Hole. We had an unforgettable experience in a highly memorable place. The Four seasons continue to be the standard against which all other luxury hotels aspire to reach.

Just got home from a fantastic Spring Break Ski trip to Jackson Hole! A big highlight of the
trip was the wonderful service and beautiful Valley View rooms at the Four Seasons. We
requested and received adjoining rooms for our family. Each had a lovely fireplace and balcony.
My youngest loved the extra special treatment he received, and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub with hot cocoa and S'mores. The ski concierge was a real treat! Skiing was great..warmer weather and still plenty of snow. I recommend checking out their Facebook page for upcoming events. I was even given some delicious truffles for commenting on a Facebook post. What a wonderful trip! We hope to go back in the Summer sometime!

Room Tip: Valley view rooms are quiet and have a panoramic view of Jackson hole

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was outstanding. The rooms were amazing. You could literally walk out door and hop on the lift. There was also a ski concierge who would carry your stuff outside.

My one complaint is that the food was very overpriced and elaborate. It was hard to get a simple burger . . .

The Four Seasons in Jackson hits all of the service points you would expect with a Four Seasons hotel. The resort is, obviously, focused on skiing. In addition, they can provide a number of planned excursions. Dinning options in the area and at the hotel are nice.

The hotel has good service though it is not as attentive as you might find in other locations. At times the staff seems like they are more interested in skiing on their day off than being at the hotel.

The pool area is very nice with a number of different small hot tub areas. The staff will place your robe in a warmer while you're in the water. The gym area is small but was never crowded.

The rooms are neat and clean.

If you're heading to Jackson Hole, this seems to be the best hotel in town. Whether it's worth the extra money depends on your needs, tastes, and expectations.

Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer, there's no better hotel to use as a home base than the Four Seasons in Teton Village. We stayed in summer as the location is just down the road from the entrance to the Grand Teton National Park. We also traveled to Yellowstone for a long day - a couple of hours away, but do-able. The room was great with the perfect bathroom for relaxing after a hard day of hiking. The location was an easy drive into Jackson Hole if we wanted to leave the Teton Village location, but we certainly didn't have to, as the property has restaurants and amenities to keep you happy for however long you stay. Staff is attentive and helpful and the facilities and common areas are fabulous. In the winter, the convenience of the ski-in, ski-out location to the gondola is fantastic, as is the ability to leave your skis with the ski concierge each day. Obviously, the hotel can be pricey, but if you can swing a cheaper airfare, than staying at the Four Seasons is a no brainer. It's a real treat, and well worth the splurge. We found a "stay four nights get one free" deal that made the property a possibility for our trip.

It is hard to beat the quality and location of this Four Seasons property. Stayed in a 2br/2.5ba mountain view unit. The unit was extremely quiet and comfortable. Each bedroom was spacious with an enormous walk in closet, bathrooms were elegant with separate tub and shower, and the kitchen had top end appliances and utensils. The staff was very attentive, polite and helpful – especially the ski concierges at base camp and the staff around the pool who helped with warm towels and robes, s’mores, drinks, etc. If you want the ultimate in accommodations, service and location while skiing in Jackson Hole then splurge and stay here!

Room Tip: Mountain View!
