I have stayed all over the mountain over the last 16 years and this is my favorite place to stay. I will definitely return next year!
my 8 year old loved it too. The pool and hot tubs are gorgeous and heated properly.

I stayed at the Snake River Lodge with a friend at the end of February. We enjoyed our stay but some things could have been better. Check-in was quick and our room was even ready before the check in time. While my friend parked the car, I struggled through the front door with luggage and a cart, while 3 people behind the concierge desk kept chatting. The guest behind me helped with the door! While struggling through the lobby with the cart a guy from maintenance(?) actually offered to help. The room was nice and clean, the beds super-comfy, there is a small fridge, coffeemaker, a safe, a hairdryer.Internet worked fine. Like other guests mentioned, the toilet flush was quite loud, we could hear it from other rooms as well. Housekeeping was spotty, forgetting towels one day, and not checking on the coffeemaker usage other days. The guys in the ski valet were lovely, very friendly and always ready to help. The pool area was very nice, however if you go later during the evening it is a mess, with used towels and used cups everywhere. Housekeeping needs to do more rounds and clean up. We went to the hot tub in the spa on the third floor instead, it was cleaner and quieter. The Spa staff were excellent, the lady at the Spa desk very nice and welcoming, and the Massage Therapist (Travis) was awesome. Only had food the first night at the bar. The Hamburger was good, huge portion, but waited nearly ten minutes to order because the only bar person was nowhere to be found.

I was very impressed by the Snake River Lodge. It is well priced for being at the foot of the mountain. The room we booked had 2 queen beds in it and tons of room for our luggage. The bathroom was updated and sported jacuzzi tub. The pool/hot tub area is great; there are 2 hot tubs and a very large indoor/outdoor pool. Very good for families. If you're looking for an excellent hotel and don't want to break the bank go here.

Best location, best spa in Teton Village! Just pick up your skis and boots from their private ski valet and walk out to the lifts. Or take the elevator to the 5-story spa and fitness center. Rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, though not "luxurious". I've been staying here since before the facility was enlarged and upgraded to become the Snake River Lodge. It's still my favorite place to stay. When we drove up, a bellman immediately took our bags and showed us to the registration desk, then took us to our room. The breakfast buffet was generous and had the best, wood-smoked, crispy bacon. There's an apres ski happy hour with complimentary hors d'oeuvres -- nice for a snack before going out to dinner.

Room Tip: The SRL has a newer wing and a separate condo building, so if that's what you want, you can requ...

We stayed at the Snake River Lodge and Spa for a week in mid-March and totally enjoyed our stay. After reading so many mixed reviews, we were somewhat apprehensive about staying there - we are very satisfied with our experience and did not find any of the negatives we had read about. The lodge was clean and inviting, our rooms nicely furnished with super comfortable beds. All of the staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful and all seemed very happy to be there. We had six people in a 3BR condo for a week which was very comfortable and suited us well. My only complaints are that the internet was unstable and I had difficulty connecting at times and we couldn't get the thermostat to keep the rooms cool enough, we were very warm so we opened windows to regulate the heat. We had a car and were able to get to the Albertson's in Jackson for groceries so we cooked breakfast every day, came in for lunch and had a couple of dinners in. We used the pool and hot tub every day (hot tub is adequate, not the best and could have more jets) and had our fair share of the afternoon appetizers every day. The ski valet was the best amenity and the guys there worked hard all day and always had a smile. It was great to drop skis and boots off with them for overnight storage and boot drying and then return in the morning to grab our gear and go right to the slopes. I would definitely return to Snake River Lodge and hope to get back soon!

Room Tip: We were in rooms 239 and 240 which combine to make a 3BR condo. Nice accommodations, no complaints.

This was a disappointing stay at SRL, there were a few good things but the whole resort was on the whole badly run. The staff was very friendly, but very un-knowledgable like they had never been trained, but the food was disappointing and little things like the Spa elevator (on the 4th floor) was out of service the entire time. We had quite a hike to our room which was in a wing obviously attached to the main one at a later date. The whole flow of the hotel was weird! When I finally hiked up the steps to the Spa and asked about a couple of services, they answered "We don't do that but the Four Seasons does", simple services, like a manicure! We did make it over to the 4 Seasons a couple of time once for lunch (fabulous) and then for dinner (even better, don't miss their West Bank Grill!), I would rate this place a 4 on a scale of 10!

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to the lobby w/ a mountain view.

A bit worn out, needs to be upgraded/renovated. you get the feeling you are in and old hotel that hasn't kept up with competitors around. Service is really good, lobby and gathering/bar areas are ok..
