“Empty slopes and no wait!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2013

Not enough people to fill the chair lift or gondola! What a pleasure to ski! Single blue runs are what they supposed to be, easy! Great food selection up on the mountain and price won't kill you either. Very well designed ski resort. I missed seeing temps and wind indicators at the bottom of the lifts to let one know what to expect on top.

“Jackson Hole is good, but not that good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

We liked the steep slopes but disliked the attitude of locals who seemed to be too "clubby" about where to find fresh powder. The on-mountain food was excellent and lift attendents all friendly. Steep yes, but not a patch on skiing in Europe. Good ol' American hyperbole!

“Sick place! Vertical drop insane, Backcountry the best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

Like: The Tram, Backcountry, Cody Peak, Poker Face, reastaurants, the Hobacks, the people.

Dislike: The Moldovan taxi drivers. They are scumbags, beware and find an america driver please.

“2 great days”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

We had a wonderful time skiing JH, giving our ski days a 9.5 out of 10, only because the weather was close to perfect, but not perfect. We were there on a Wed. and Thurs. and were delighted that there were virtually no lift lines even after a couple inches of fresh snow and partly sunny skies. JH is generally a steep, challenging mountain to ski but they have made changes that have opened up more easy access to great intermediate skiing (read that as groomed "black diamond" skiing if it was in the East) and are grooming more... something we appreciated as older skiers who don't have the stamina to spend all day on expert terrain and moguls. I would really like to go back there again.
