We had a last minute change of plans and ended up at this hotel on a tip from a local B&B that was booked up. The price was right and they had 3 beds for our family of 4 incl 2 teens so we went for it. Was full with bikers heading to the nearby Sturgis motorcycle rally the next day, so it was a bit loud from the bikes but that is unlikely to be typical. The room was so-so at best, older but clean enough & comfortable enough under the circumstances but a full cut below what we tend to like or seek out when we are on the road. The folks at the front desk were nice and we were able to use a DVD player to watch Close Encounters as we had just come from Devils Tower! No frills, no breakfast etc (but a few local spots are across the street if you can deal with the service). Point is, you get what you pay for. The other choice was the newer Best Western by I-90 at double the price. And watch out for the local police & WY State Troopers in this area... they were out in force!
