“Nice hotel - would stay again.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2009

This hotel is not real close to the downtown area but we were ok with that. It appeared to be new. Our room was spacious with a king bed, mic, fridge and a sitting area with lounge chair and ottoman. Business center with 4 computers in it also available. Our rate was very affordable but I work for the gov't so got that rate. Would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. We got there early so we were given complimentary tickets to the Sheridan museum, so we did check that out. The rooms were big, lounge chair, table and chairs, great wifi, good beds, smelled good, everything worked great. The breakfast was the best, hot and cold items, plenty of food. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was that they had motorcycle parking right outside our window and seeing it was the week before the bike rally in Sturgis there were tons of motorycyclists staying there, they were very loud and did not care what time of day or night the started their bikes up, although the hotel could not control this they should make the motorcycle parking away from the windows. You would want to have a vehicle to get to restaurants, as none are right near the hotel, but the visitor center is just about across the street. This hotel also had a nice fitness room and indoor pool and guest laundry too.

Stayed here for one night as we were visiting Little Bighorn the next day. This is a good hotel, but it is not that convenient for Sheridan, it is set a little out side the town, if you want to be near the town it would not suit you. However, the rooms were excellent, very spacious, though the beds were a little narrow - the room was so big they should have gone for king size. Bathroom was spotless and shower very powerful. We had a great view of the mountains from our window. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again despite location.

We stayed two nights in this establishment and we were less than impressed with our experience. It is a newer hotel and looks nice but it houses a staff that is rude and a cleaning service that leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival I was "greeted" by the front desk clerk and was surprised by his cold, borderline rude demeanor. I asked about local restaurants and was not given very much information.

The rooms look nice and have nice appointments but we encountered a rather large hairball on our bathroom floor after entering the room. We went to a local restaurant where my daughter got sick and vomited on the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. (that review will be written shortly) We attempted to clean up as much as possible without cleaning supplies. When we arrived back to our room after cleaning service had been through, we noticed the floor still spattered in areas like they hadn't taken a mop to the floor at all. It was very obvious something was wrong. I hate to think what else was left behind before we got there or after we left. Not good!

It's nice hotel. I'm writing this review from this hotel I'm reviewing. I arrived here a few hours ago and hotel looks new and in a very good condition. We reserved two rooms and they are both very nice and large and smelled good. It is not within walking distance of any restaurants, but it's a quick drive to lots of restaurants near by. I recommend not going to Perkins (bad food and bad service). But I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Check out the photos of my two queen bedroom and restroom. I'm paying $107/night (AAA rate).

I am very glad I chose this motel over all the others in the area. My party of 4 had adjoining rooms for 4 nights. This motel is very clean and all the staff is very friendly, going out of their way to smile and ask how our day was going. Great hot breakfast including Denver omelets, waffles, bacon or sausage, as well as the standard danish, bagels, fruit...etc. Also, on Wednesday night they have customer appreciation night and serve a salad bar with finger foods...enough for a light dinner. I also enjoyed access to the business center which was a nice room with three available computers, fax machine, printer, and mailing supplies. The view of the Bighorn Mountains from this motel is awesome. There is a large patio facing the mountains with a grill you can use and comfortable patio furniture. We liked being located just outside of town...less noise and more relaxing. We loved our stay!

This is a newer hotel with very large, nicely appointed rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
