Passing through Wyoming, we decided to spend the night in Sheridan and check out this cafe for breakfast the next day. Being Southerners, we know good biscuits and weren't sure if they could pull them off up here. They can; delicious gravy, too. If it was made from a mix, who cares? Someone picked a good mix. The eggs were cooked just right, hot coffee was delicious and the waitress refilled coffee cups as needed but did not hover. We would come back here again. The cigarette smoke-filled area at the front of the cafe was kind of surprising; luckily not much filtered back at all to aggravate my wife with her freshly-washed hair.
