“Stayed overnight on my way driving from NYC to Oregon, and I loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2013

The service is fantastic, friendly and efficient. The space itself is open and welcoming, and I really appreciated that the breakfast had lighter options, or full on eggs and waffles. My room was quiet and the bed the most comfortable one I slept in (and I've been in a lot of hotels on this trip). I and you can't beat the location - right off the highway, but still quiet.

What a wonderful vote of confidence you have given us! Thank you!

You obviously had the experience on this trip to give a solid objective evaluation of our property. We are so happy that we met and exceeded your expectations. Our staff is wonderful. They work so hard and are trained to make you feel at home. We are happy you experienced that first hand.

You are correct, we are the first property off of Interstate 80, but we are insulated from the noise both because we sit away from other properties and because of our special concrete construction that creates a noise barrier for each room insuring that you will have a quiet night.

The beds are so comfortable! They are Serta Sleepers with pillow tops and delightful to sleep in.

Our breakfast has a wide array of choices. Thank you for taking notice. Not only do we have hot options such as fresh make-it-yourself waffles and eggs or sausage, we have cereals and pastries, organic granola and yogurt. Should anyone need gluten free, we have a dedicated toaster so there is no cross contamination and a wide selection of gluten-free choices as well as soy products.

We hope the rest of your journey was joyful and summer presents you with a wonderful finale.
Thank you again for your time in writing the review. We are happy you stayed with us and look forward to having you as our guest again someday soon.

Coming home from Jackson, we needed a one night stay. We had stayed here a couple of years ago, and just wanted a clean, well kept place. This is it. The kids have an adjoining room. They were able to swim and chill while my husband and I relaxed after a long drive. The breakfast was especially good as we have 4 teenagers and they could eat all they could! Thanks for the great stay AGAIN!

We really enjoyed having you stay with us. Thank you for returning. We look forward to your next visit!!

We do have many different room configurations and having the adjoining rooms for families is one of them. I do hope that you stayed in the King Suite that had the whirlpool tub adjoined with the room with two queen beds! That one is ideal for families! Especially when parents need a little down time and can enjoy the wonderful tub.

We feed many teenagers and teams so we understand HUNGRY! We are so happy your teenagers were able to get enough to eat and enjoyed our scrumptious breakfast.

We are proud of our large pool with the vaulted ceilings... you don't feel like you are in a box and it is not so loud. It makes us happy that our guests and their families enjoy it!

Thank you again for the time you took to tell everyone about your stay. We are proud of our staff and the property. We smile knowing others enjoy it.

Have a wonderful rest of the summer. Come back to see us soon!!

Found on tripadvisor.com. Everything about this hotel was great. Nicely western decor in the lobby, great hot breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Roomy, comfortable room. Reasonably priced. We will stay here again.

Our first night in Wyoming on the way to Grand Teton, driving up from Denver. Over the top customer service from two young night clerks. Good coffee and Soup in the lobby. Pool was busy when we checked in. Room was nice, clean, roomy, quiet. Good breakfast/hot & cold items. Near road, but quiet. Wish we could have stayed at a hotel this nice the whole vacation.

We would have enjoyed having you stay with us for more nights! Perhaps in the future when you need a break from the daily grind, we can put together a special get-a-way package just for you. We have beautiful suites and can give you a wonderful weekend of relaxation and special treatment!

Our staff is specially trained for exceptional customer service and they are very good at it. We are proud of each and everyone of them. It makes us so happy when our guests get to enjoy it first hand!

You are correct, we have a complimentary soup bar Sunday through Thursday along with fresh, hot chocolate chip cookies and our beverage bar is open 24/7.

Our building is specially constructed to be extra quiet that is why you don't hear noise from the road or from other rooms.

Our breakfast is plentiful with many items such as fresh, hot make them yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, many yummy pastries along with cereals, organic granola, fruit, yogurt and juices. If you have special dietary concerns we also offer a gluten free menu and soy products.

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay, please do come see us again.

We chose this hotel because it was rated # 1 by Tripadvisor. The lobby was very nice, but when we checked into our room I was appalled by the condition of the carpeting. It had several large stains throughout the entire room and the room itself smelled musty. We told the nice young man at the desk and he offered to move us to another room. We had to look at 4 more rooms before we found one where the carpeting wasn't all stained and dirty. The room itself was okay, but the dirty carpeting was a real turnoff. I understand they probably get a lot of business but having a clean room is important. Perhaps we were there at a bad time but I was very disappointed and doubt that we will stay there again. The young gentleman at the desk was wonderful and did everything he could to help us out but filthy carpeting is beyond his control.

Thank you for your review. I am thrilled that our front desk staff provided you with excellent service, but terribly disappointed with the condition of the carpets. You are correct, we have been very busy and have done our very best to keep up with the immense number of stains that seem to be appearing in the rooms. Your review is valid, but I guarantee you that we have ramped up our vigilance and hired a professional cleaning company so we can do multiple rooms at a time and have them dry in time for check-in the same day.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the condition of the carpet. Please know that the issue is being rectified this moment.

Again, thank you for your time. Our best wishes for a wonderful rest of the summer.

Rated best in Laramie by Trip Advisor ... hmmmm ... but nothing to compare it to so will have to leave that to others to decide. A bit difficult to find as it seems a bit off the beaten track. Breakfast was meager and they ran out of most things VERY early. Appeared that they were not sufficiently staffed and front desk person also doing breakfast ??? .... NOT appealing. Felt bad for some small children who really were the biggest losers ... no milk for their cereal.

We know that being number one rated on Trip Advisor are hard shoes to fill and we are not perfect. Though, we work very hard to do so.

On the date of your stay we were indeed having some staffing issues. It was immediately recognized that we needed to change personnel saturation responsible for breakfast in order to keep everything stocked appropriately. We made the change on the very next day. We do run out of things occasionally, but I guarantee you that we always replace it immediately, even if it means a trip to the grocery store. We would never allow anyone to go without intentionally, our guests mean too much to us.

We hope all your travels are safe and that you have a great rest of the summer.

We stopped randomly when driving home to IL from Yellowstone. Spent one night and got a suite last minute for $103.00! It was exceptionally clean and the linens were luxurious. Breakfast was included with eggs sausage waffles and side items. We would definitely stay again if coming through Laramie. And I made a reservation already at the Americinn in Lincoln NE for tonight's layover.

Wow! Thank you for the great review. We definitely want you to come back and stay with us again.

Yes, on certain nights we run sales on our fabulous suites. Lucky you! You were there on the right night. We are so happy you enjoyed it.

We are just integrating all new linens into our rooms. They are wonderful. We agree!

Our housekeeping team works very hard to keep the rooms spotless. We use all natural cleaning products so they smell good too!

Our breakfast is yummy and we feel it is a step above because we offer gluten free items as well as organic choices and soy. Thank you for noting it.

Be safe, have a wonderful rest of the summer and we look forward to your return!
