“Beautiful weather, Fall Leaves, Wildlife in Late September”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2010

Just back from 7 days in Jackson (9-25 to 10-3) to see the fall leaves and the wildlife.

Grand Teton National Park is a splendid place to visit. The roads in and next to the park offer many opportunities to see Buffalo, Bald Eagles, Antelope, Moose, Bear, Elk and more.

Restaurants and lodging in Jackson was great. We took an early morning balloon ride from Wyoming Ballooning which was very enjoyable with a nice view of the Teton Range.

What was really a nice surprise was how many trees were brilliant yellow - Aspens, Willow and Cottonwood. Morning lows were in the high 20s, but 1 pm it was 75 degrees. Nice hiking weather.

“Best vacation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2010

Jackson Hole is an amazing place with incredible views, great food, and friendly people. We stayed at the Bentwood Inn which was awsome. we would recommend it to anyone!
Next time we go we'd like to spend more time in the Teton's and Yellow Stone parks, they are so big you could spend a week just driving around to different attractions.
You can always go to the beach - there is something magical about this place that can't be beat! It's gotta be on your bucket list of places to vist!

“Cute but crowded and pricey.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2010

Jackson Hole is a fun town to visit and there are certainly plenty of attractions close by but it wears all of the trappings of a typical tourist town. There is great shopping and plenty of choices for dining but the prices are much higher than surrounding areas and it is crowded. Getting around in town is difficult if you have a hard time walking for long as there is very little parking in the downtown area. I particularly recommend visiting the National Museum of Wildlife Art. It was magnificent and the highlight of our visit.

“A must stop fo rthe Yellowstone area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2010

Nice clean town with lots of shops of anything from shirts to beautiful art works. Be sure to check out the Center for the Performing Arts. We went to 2 shows, Patsy Cline & Petticoat Rules. Go by the visitor center to get 1/2 price coupons.

“Loved this location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2010

While passing through Jackson Hole on our way home from Yellowstone National Park, we fell in love with this charming town. I only wished we had stayed there longer but I highly recommend this as a stop and stayover.
