The Lodge was a great stay. I'd recommend staying on the third floor and the new wing is fantastic.
We stayed in the King Mini Suite with Fireplace and were very impressed. We also got the chocolate covered strawberries which are phenomenally delicious! Definitely some of the best we've had. Hotel staff was very accommodating with all requests. I just wish they had some different variety K-Cups for the in-room Keurig machine! :)
I also liked the option the heater had to run a fan constantly as I can't sleep without some white noise like that.

Room Tip: Stay on the top floor; get the chocolate covered strawberries :)

This hotel is a great option if you are visiting the Jackson Hole area. We were there on a ski trip in January. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had the 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa). The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tubs were great after a day of skiing. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is about 1 mile from the town square but they have a shuttle service that can get you there easily (or a taxi is $10).

Room Tip: The room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa were a great value.

I have traveled to over 60 countries and stayed in many hotels. The Lodge at Jackson Hole was outstanding. The staff offered exceptional service, the rooms were lovely, I especially enjoyed the room fireplace. We were a party of five and we really did appreciate the shuttle service, a real added plus. The included breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful.

I had the chance to stay and enjoy the best hotels in many cities all over the world. The Lodge at Jackson Hole qualifies by far as one of best ones around. The staff is amzing, yes, amazing. They did everything and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our stay was for 11 nights so they had plenty of time to see and feel how everything worked. Beyond believe.

If you are planing to visist Jackson Hole do not look any further you will not regret it.

Our rooms were comfortable and very nice. The staff was outstanding from our shuttle rides to the wait staff to the management. We received great advice on how best to enjoy the surroundings and were treated great by all of the employees. We received exceptional service from the onsite ski shop, the hot tubs were great, and our snowmobile excursion was awesome. ( Yellowstone was basically closed but there are amazing alternatives ) We will be back in the summer. Great place to stay..

Room Tip: Views of Snow King are nice

I stayed here mainly because my best friend and her family were staying here and I was "crashing" their vacation for a few days. I really liked this place and would definitely stay again. The location was great as there were plenty of shopping and eating places within walking distance. The staff was wonderful. They even picked me up at the airport and took me back to the airport at no extra charge. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The window opened so you could get fresh air if you wanted. The complimentary breakfast was good but not spectacular. If it were not included in my room price I might have opted to go elsewhere... but I love good food so I am a little picky, it was good enough to get the job done :) The only negatives were small. The wifi was not reliable, it was slow for the most part and actually stopped working at one point during our stay. The water pressure of the shower was not very good, but it was in my friend's room. The final day of my visit, a lot of families with children arrived. Some of these families at 4+ kids per set of parents. I would not have a problem with that if they had been properly supervised by their parents but they were not. They were running around the hotel on their own, putting their hands all over the breakfast buffet and playing on the elevators going up and down to the point that I just walked down the hallway and carried my suitcases down the 3 flights of stairs to the lobby because the kids were impossible. This is the parents' fault, yes. But, the hotel should have told the parents that they needed to actually be parents. I was quite irritated by this. So, if you are going there with a bunch of kids and don't mind kids that take over a hotel, then this place is great for that! Aside from the kid issue which again, I do not blame the hotel for, I simply wish they would have stated a policy to the parents, I would stay again. Spotty wifi is almost a norm for hotels.

Room Tip: The King rooms with the rain shower have much nicer bathrooms than the double queen rooms with the t...
