“Luxury in a Mountain Setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

For ultra comfort in a mountain setting, this is the place. Luxury bedding and ultra comfortable beds in a spacious room with big screen TV, frig. and microwave. A very comfortable couch in the sitting area makes it relaxing to watch TV. The bathroom is spacious with luxury towels and ultra modern vanity and shower area. A great complimentary breakfast with good choices and delicious fresh fruit. The pool area is indoor/outdoor with nice sitting areas and the hotel has a fairly good sized workout room. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to good restaurants and grocery store. We played golf at Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club and this was a great choice too. This hotel gets my highest marks!

From all the black bears on the outside to the moose head and log staircase in the lobby, the ambiance pulls you into the lodge experience. We were tired after 10 hours traveling and loved the front desk clerk's offer that we take their complimentary shuttle to eatery of our choice. The room was comfortable, the beds sumptuous and the breakfast far better than average hotel fare. I'd highly recommend this place and hope to return!

Excellent staff, who fixed a booking.com problem with good grace on check-in, and gave us a room upgrade to compensate. Comfortable bed, great bathroom with rain shower, very clean and nicely appointed. Excellent Internet speed. Hot buffet breakfast was great. We noticed very few people left a tip for the hardworking breakfast staff, just because the breakfast is included in the room price, which is a shame. We will definitely stay here again.

Hope everyone will be as lucky with their stay. It ticked all the boxes for us. Quality from start to finish, Building looked great the lobby and staff excellent, our room fantastic, guest laundry good washers and dryers with machine to change your money. White white sheets and towels. The breakfast really good and lots of variety. What a helpful hotel and staff close to Teton national park and lovely shopping around the town, even the shop staff in town helpful. GREAT PLACE

Our room was very comfortable. The best bed and pillows on our trip so far. The location is pretty good. The mile or so walk to city center would have been good except for road construction. Outsidemof the city center Jackson is not pedestrian friendly. This hotel is no longer a Best Western although some sights list it as such. The breakfast buffet is first rate. Still some construction going on so we were unable to sleep very late as something was being built right outside of our window. Would stay here again.

Newly remodeled. Very spacious rooms. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Breakfast will fill you up. A little pricey but worth it. Rated sleeping poor beacuse of the very heavy comforter on bed and no light blanket available. Staff very friendly. They do provide ski lockers. Did not eat in bar/restuarant but talk to others and said it was good. It is close to Wilson Junction and grocery stores but away from all the tourist traffic.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Our group stayed here for 9 nights in February 2013, flights & accommodation were booked through Expedia.

Our rooms - Premier King Mini-Suite - were fabulous! The very spacious room has a very high but super comfortable bed, double shower with regular and rain showers, Moulton Brown toiletries!, decent hairdryer, iron & board, good size wardrobe with safe, 51” 3d tv, media hub and wifi (this was a little irritating as the session timed out regularly).
The hotel is in a good location, we were worried that it would be too far out of the centre of town, but there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby - just around the corner are Gun Barrel, Chinatown, Eleanors...again! to name a few. You can however get into the centre easily as they also provided an excellent free shuttle service around town when the bus was available. There is also a free airport transfer provided (in hotel hours). We did tip the driver each trip.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, town buses are free, but there is a $3 charge for Teton Village.

Breakfast was decent. Sausages were way too greasy for our tastes and the bacon was the usual crispy streaky bacon which I don’t normally like, but this was pretty good. Two types of scrambled eggs each day. The granola was good and the very large bowl of fresh strawberries and blueberries were a delicious accompaniment!
We only ate at the hotel the first night, but the chilli was pretty good.

The pool area is great, but the experience was tainted the first weekend by the volume of people in there, it was very noisy and parents were letting kids in the hot tubs with large inflatables. Great after that though.

The Lodge is about 20 minutes from Teton Village ski area. There is a free shuttle with great drivers. One in particular (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) was fab, he gave us information about historic sites, places to eat in Teton Village and even started bus sing-a-longs when there was no radio!
There is a room in the hotel with lockers to store your skis and boards.

Albertsons supermarket is a 15 min walk from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lodge and would definitely return. Jackson is a really great town.
