“Comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2013

Our room was very comfortable. The best bed and pillows on our trip so far. The location is pretty good. The mile or so walk to city center would have been good except for road construction. Outsidemof the city center Jackson is not pedestrian friendly. This hotel is no longer a Best Western although some sights list it as such. The breakfast buffet is first rate. Still some construction going on so we were unable to sleep very late as something was being built right outside of our window. Would stay here again.

Newly remodeled. Very spacious rooms. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Breakfast will fill you up. A little pricey but worth it. Rated sleeping poor beacuse of the very heavy comforter on bed and no light blanket available. Staff very friendly. They do provide ski lockers. Did not eat in bar/restuarant but talk to others and said it was good. It is close to Wilson Junction and grocery stores but away from all the tourist traffic.

Our group stayed here for 9 nights in February 2013, flights & accommodation were booked through Expedia.

Our rooms - Premier King Mini-Suite - were fabulous! The very spacious room has a very high but super comfortable bed, double shower with regular and rain showers, Moulton Brown toiletries!, decent hairdryer, iron & board, good size wardrobe with safe, 51” 3d tv, media hub and wifi (this was a little irritating as the session timed out regularly).
The hotel is in a good location, we were worried that it would be too far out of the centre of town, but there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby - just around the corner are Gun Barrel, Chinatown, Eleanors...again! to name a few. You can however get into the centre easily as they also provided an excellent free shuttle service around town when the bus was available. There is also a free airport transfer provided (in hotel hours). We did tip the driver each trip.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, town buses are free, but there is a $3 charge for Teton Village.

Breakfast was decent. Sausages were way too greasy for our tastes and the bacon was the usual crispy streaky bacon which I don’t normally like, but this was pretty good. Two types of scrambled eggs each day. The granola was good and the very large bowl of fresh strawberries and blueberries were a delicious accompaniment!
We only ate at the hotel the first night, but the chilli was pretty good.

The pool area is great, but the experience was tainted the first weekend by the volume of people in there, it was very noisy and parents were letting kids in the hot tubs with large inflatables. Great after that though.

The Lodge is about 20 minutes from Teton Village ski area. There is a free shuttle with great drivers. One in particular (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) was fab, he gave us information about historic sites, places to eat in Teton Village and even started bus sing-a-longs when there was no radio!
There is a room in the hotel with lockers to store your skis and boards.

Albertsons supermarket is a 15 min walk from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lodge and would definitely return. Jackson is a really great town.

This hotel offers top quality rooms at highly competitive rates. Rooms are luxuriously appointed. Both bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. The bear theme might be a bit over the top, but certainly adds to the atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast does not offer a huge choice, but is more than adequate. While the hotel is located just back from the highway about a mile from Jackson township it is just over road from restaurants and an easy trip into town or to the Teton Village ski fields. The rooms are quiet and do not suffer for road noise or noise from adjacent rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable.

For the quality, it represents really good value.

I read the tripadvisor reviews carefully before deciding to pay for the entire stay up front, and they were very helpful. This is among the very best hotels we've stayed at for services; from the free internet, to pool/hot tub, and sauna, to the overall rustic feel of the place, the basic benefits are great. There is a computer connection unit, so if you bring a VGA and sound cables, you can even pop your computer Netflix, etc. up on the TV... What really stands out, however, is just how immaculate everything is. Everything appears completely new, and very clean. The Western motif is extremely well-done, not tacky. Bottom line is to be sure your stay dates are set in stone, but we'd definitely stay here again.

There are a lot of hotel choices in any city, but I prefer the room reflect the feel of the city. The Lodge at Jackson Hole really did that with a western/forest theme (not the tacky kind). We had a King Mini-suite with a fireplace. There is a DVD player, a large flat screen TV that could be tilted toward the other end of the room where the sofa sat, and a desk with an electronic port for all your devices (HDMI, VGA, RCA, USB, Apple). While I didn't get to test it out, the ports appeared to be connected to the flat screen and could also be used to charge the devices (bring your own cords).

The bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping at home. The sofa and ottoman set in from of the fireplace was also very comfortable. The amazing rain shower (big enough for several people), the Keurig machine, the fabulous free breakfast, the hot tub and swimming pool...it was all perfect. The Blissful Templetree body lotion by Molton Brown was the icing on the cake. My skin smelled wonderful all day. I would stay here again any time!

Room Tip: We stayed on the first floor. The window overlooked the parking lot to the south, but it was very qu...

Stayed here in June, 2012 for 5 days. Since we only take carry-on luggage, I checked with this hotel to see if I could Fed Ex a small box in my name to the hotel. When I arrived, I didn't even have to ask because my box was brought out to me during the check-in process ( I thought it wouldn't arrive until the next day). Everyone was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and providing maps of Jackson Hole. Our King room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was nicely decorated inside and outside. Very good hot breakfast in comfortable surroundings. Even though it is not in the heart of Town Center, it is in a very good location that is quiet and near good restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery store. A family member, who travels with a service dog, joined us during our stay and the hotel provided him a first floor room and were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
