“What a nice surprise!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

We arrived in Jackson Hole without any booking and any claim, our pourpose was only three days in Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks.
Impressed by the sign and by cute wooden bears at windows of the hotel we stopped. What a nice surprise! A warm lobby with an amazing fireplace, staff extremely friendly and polite. We asked for a room for three nights and we got a beautiful room, with fireplace, a big and comfortable bed with amazing pillows, wi-fi and breakfast included for a price that we still consider incredible $ 119 per night. The indoor pool and outdoor hot whirlpool were a welcome respite after a day spent walking in the parks. The Jackson Hole downtown is a short walk away, about one mile, or 2 minutes by car. If I have to find a flaw: the elevator, sometimes, it made me crazy, and I would have preferred the breakfast before 7 AM because we used to move to parks very early in the morning, so we always had breakfast elsewhere, however, is a minor fault, understandable in this season. All in all it was a wonderful experience that we will repeat as soon as we will have occasion to visit this beautiful town, and certainly in this beautiful hotel again.

“Better than expected”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

Wasn't real excited about staying in a Best Western but this one is in really good condition and well decorated for the location. Everything was neat and clean and didn't feel like I had to shower after staying there. Beat our expectations! Was really crowded and parking lot was overflowing was the only downside.

“Convenient, clean, cute and a great pool!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Yes you might want to stay in town when you go to Jackson Hole (and you could walk from here but you'll probably end up driving) but why pay the extra money when there is this little charmer right down the street? As a hotel snob I am very picky about where I stay the and words "Best Westerns" are usually enough to make my crinkle my nose but this hotel (per all the reviews) does not disappoint. The little carved bears throughout make a great first impression and the lobby, while not huge, is homey and western-themed. Our room was clean, well-appointed and quiet. We had 2 queens and there was a pullout sofa so it was great for our family of three. After a long day of driving and sightseeing we loved taking advantage of the hot tubs at the pool and the comfy lounge chairs. Everyone was reading and relaxing and the kids seemed to enjoy the heated indoor/outdoor pool with the big "garage door." My husband and I even went in the steam room and then jumped in the pool and then into the hot tub so we felt very relaxed and ready for our steak dinner downtown afterwards! Seriously, don't pay the extra money to stay in town unless you really want to be able to walk to everything. We felt like we were able to enjoy the town square and dining options and didn't at all mind the drive back to our cute, clean hotel. The free breakfast was also great and was perfect fuel before starting our day. Does not disappoint!

“This BW is plus-plus!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012

On our way to Grand Teton we ended up in Jackson in an extreme crowded Friday-afternoon. Nearly all accomodations were fully packed, so we were happy to find a room at the BW+. Normally this is a bit over our planned budget, but there was nothing else available, so we gladly payed the $179 for a double queen. And what a value we got!

The hotel is simply beautiful: the outside looks so nice with the bears and other animals. The cabin-look continues in the lobby: beautiful lights made from antlers, fantastic stairs and a nice wooden touch. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Rooms are clean and spacious. I am not much into the American Natives-style, but this was absolutely nicely done in the room and bathroom. Beds, closet, doors, paintings, desk: all in a nice style, gave you an upscale hotel-feeling.

The hotel had various nice extras: the heated inside/oustide pool, two nice hot-tubs (one inside, one outside) and a sauna made it look like a complete spa. Everything was complimentary, so no extra charges for all this.

The breakfast was greater than great: 6 different freshly cut fruits, a huge variety of hot and cold items, beautifool breakfast room and perfect staff.

This Best Western Plus deserves more than the one plus in their name. We paid 'a lot', but we got 'everything' and it was worth every dollar we spent. Highly recommended!

“Nice Room, Breakfast, Amenities”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

We spent a few nights here, enjoyed the room and breakfast. the room was quite large, and quite dark with the shades drawn at night - nice. Housekeeping was good, the breakfast was above average. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, I think (though we didn't use them).

The location is a bit west of downtown Jackson, but before the road split between the highway going south and the road to the Teton Village ski area.
