I am giving Trio as much as three stars, based strictly on my personal meal experience. Out of our party of four, I was a decided minority. The rest of the table would have been generous to have given two stars. Our waitress essentially ignored us, and, when she didn't, made evident that waiting on us was a chore. Meanwhile, she spent most of her time chatting with the twenty and thirty something tables, who were evidently in her peer group. I enjoyed both my appetizer (roasted beets with grilled quail), and my entree (pizza verde--artichoke hearts, green spanish olives, pesto). Everyone else was unhappy, though--BLT soup that was tasty but indigestible, dry roasted half chicken, pizza overslopped with cheese. Perhaps it was a bad night for Trio, but it was definitely a bad night for us.
