We stopped in on a whim on our way from the airport to Teton Village. We had a very good lunch. My wife had the bison chili with cumin cream and the red eye bacon (thick cut bacon coated with brown sugar and coffee - wow was it good). I had the meat board (elk sausage, bison jerky, salami, cured deck, mustard, and fruit compote) and the BLT salad. The BLT salad had the red eye bacon and really fresh tomatoes with some great blue cheese and dressing. The portions were relatively small but tasted excellent. I would definitely go back as there were other interesting thigns to try.
