WE stayed for one night , my wife and teenage son.
WE were coming to the end of our holidays as we headed back to salt lake city for our flight home to ireland.
Jackson is a beautifl town and we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
rooms are spotless, the rate is reasonable and the young lady at reception from Zimbabe was extremely nice and courteous , a lovely girl.

Breakast was adequate , does the job the fine, only crib : all cleared away by 9.05.
Jackson is well wort a trip and this hotel is certainly worth a visit.
I don't know if we'll be back but if we should i'll book the ranch inn witout hesitation.

If I get back to Jackson, I will defenitely stay here again! The room was big, clean and the bed was so-o-o-o comfortable!!! We only stayed one night on our way home, but this would be a great place to stay for a week or more. Other than the nice room, it is two blocks from the town square! Great location!! The staff were nice and helpful and the continental breakfast was a plus. I don't know how the rates are in the winter, but summer was very reasonable!

We just stayed for one night but this would be a great place to stay for a few days so that you can enjoy the LARGE room and nice big balcony! Wished we could have taken advantage of the table and chairs on the balcony outside and had a cup of coffee in the morning to enjoy beautiful Jackson :). The room was so nice and big with a very large bathroom plus an extra sink in the main area so that 2 people can get ready at that same time - very handy! We also had a fridge and microwave. The beds were just so-so and we only had 2 small pillows, so that was one small disadvantage (we had been travelling for 2 weeks and we have had some very, very comfortable beds with nice large fluffy pillows so we had been spoiled). One other thing though that we didn't appreciate was the noise below us coming from the "partiers" below at the local bar. We were on the third floor and when the a/c fan went off at night, you could hear the ruckus below (it was a Fri night - not sure if that makes a difference). Also the breakfast was typical fare - nothing special - and only on until 9am - so if you like to sleep in, be aware of this as they immediately start putting things away right at 9!

I've stayed here over a dozen times and have always had my expectations met.

The rooms are clean, safe and centrally located near the town square. The staff is friendly and always helpful. By Jackson standards, the prices are reasonable. The wifi doesn't always work perfectly, but heck - most of us aren't in the room much when there's so much natural beauty all around the area.

I'm returning to this hotel again next month. That's the best recommendation I can give is to say that I'll be back again. And I will.
