“Great room, construction, housekeeping nightmare”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

The log cabins are terrific--cute, clean and the beds are extremely comfortable.
There is construction right next to the hotel so it is very noisy so if you like quiet, you may want wait until the street improvements are complete.
We left the hotel in the morning and had a wonderful day in Jackson and Teton National Park. When we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned and this was a problem for us since my wife had been ill the night before and we specifically asked for clean sheets and towels. The front desk personnel offered to give us clean sheets and towels which was good, but not what we expected.

Would we stay here again, yes. Will we wait to come back until the construction is done, yes. And, hopefully, they will clean our room next time or the next review will not be so kind.

Room Tip: Deluxe log cabins are cozy and romantic.

The hotel was within walking distance of the city centre but the road works were a nuisance to get there (no fault of the hotel of course). Despite the clean and spacious rooms, I had two nights of disruptive sleep which I attribute to the oddly shaped pillows. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the free hot drinks available which I appreciated. I felt though, that the customer service was lacking which is a priority for me.

We stayed three nights while visiting Grand Teton. We had been on the road two weeks and were getting a little tired of motel rooms when we arrived. The rooms here were very comfortable and quiet; plus the cleaning staff is the best. It's a short walk to the center of town, so leave the car at the Inn because traffic in the heart of Jackson is terrible. This is partly due to a road construction project, so things might get better. The Inn has a lot of rooms, and offering breakfast would be really tough, but how about working out a deal for discounted breakfast at Bubba's right next door? It could be a win-win for both businesses.

We stayed there the evening of September 12th. The weather was nice, so we didn't have to test out the heating. We did get a chance to hop into the hot tub and it was very nice! The beds were very comfortable, with several options for pillow firmness available. The price is on the higher end, but the 3-queen loft we stayed in justified that price. The location is perfect for a stroll to the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again!

4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

Our party of 3 adults stayed in a 3-queen loft room for 2 nights at the end of August, 2013. We had trouble getting to the hotel at first due to a lot of construction, but once the staff showed us how to get around the construction we were ok after that. Our room was upstairs and there is no elevator, but we knew that going in and managed to drag our luggage upstairs just fine. There was plenty of parking near our room, and the grounds looked nice and clean.

The room was a decent size, very clean, with comfy beds and good towels. It was nice to have the upstairs loft area with the 2nd TV and a little more privacy. We enjoyed having the kitchenette available, both for having breakfast in the room before heading out to GTNP for the day, and for giving us all plenty of outlets to recharge all of our electronics at the end of the day!

We didn't notice noise from adjoining rooms, but our floor really creaked when we walked around so we tried to walk softly in case there were people below us. We had the air conditioner/fan on all night so that helped drown out some of the sounds from outside. It's was a busy area out there.

Our room had a little balcony that overlooked the crows digging into Bubba's BBQ's trash bins, so we just kept those curtains closed and pretended it wasn't there. We did have dinner at Bubba's once and thought it was pretty good, and so close. This hotel was in a good location - far enough from the madness of the town square but close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Also not far from the post office and grocery store.

All in all, we had a nice stay and slept well. Would definitely consider staying here again if we get back to Jackson someday.

Rooms are very big and beds are very comfortable. The room I stayed in was updated with granite counter tops, tile floors, and nice big clean showers. The cleaning staff do an excellent job with cleaning and changing out towels. The property has a hot tub that comfortably fit 4 ppl. My only grip is that pathetic "gym" they have. It's humid, hot, and equipment is not very good at all. I wish they would have offered a discounted rate at the local gym for staying there to compensate. This hotel does not offer breakfast either, they say fresh fruit, but several mornings before work there was nothing available, so i just stopped trying. They do have great tasting coffee however, can't complain there.

Room Tip: updated room I stayed in was room 230. Same building as the office.

We stayed one night here and were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed. Only negative was the shower walls needed updating there was some black mold in one of the corners, but I'm being a little picky. The staff was extremely helpful and recommended a raft trip that was excellent. I would definitely return and next time check out the individual cabins as they looked really cozy.
