We asked for a few minutes after being seated to look at the menu. Twenty minutes later they finally returned. The restaurant was only about 2/3 full but they didn't seem to be able to help more than one table at a time. I noticed the table across from us being restless waiting to order. The staff would take one order, return to the kitchen (passing by two waiting tables), place that one order, mill about for a while, then randomly wander over to take another single order. This is a pizza joint, it's not that difficult.
They do have great pizza crust and have a good selection of pizzas on the menu. My wife had the Caesar salad and enjoyed it. We ordered the "Margherita" pizza without the basil which is just a cheese pizza - interesting name for just a cheese pizza. We also ordered the "Bisonte" which has bison sausage on it. The Bisonte was for me as I like spicy but the "sausage" just tasted like hamburger and wasn't that special. My children ate but there was no fighting over who got the last slice. Would I return? If someone else were buying and we had lots of time on our hands - sure.
