There is a lot of "kitsch" in Jackson, WY. A lot of cowboy-themed, antler-decorated places. Café Genevieve is a small, welcome reprieve from that. The atmosphere is casual, but the food is special. Instead of ordinary French bread, they serve focaccia. We had cocktails from the "aged drink" part of the menu, so aged gin and bourbon was used. A nice touch. Our food was extremely well prepared and well-presented. It was obvious from the way staff greeted some of the customers, that they have "regulars." That's always a good sign. It's a busy place. We happened to come as a table for 2 became available, but I would recommend reservations. Other people had to wait.
