We arrived at our hotel across the street from Ignight after a sluggish drive through Yellowstone (road construction) and Grand Teton, We were tired and hungry and wanted a nice place to eat w/out driving any more. The hotel staff recommended Ignight, just a few steps away. What a very pleasant surprise, our waitress was so helpful, describing the dishes we were contemplating. We ordered the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer, they were delicious. Our entrée was the macadamia crusted mahi mahi, perfectly done and also delicious. Our dessert was the mud pie, hard to screw up mud pie, this was nothing out of the ordinary but who doesn't love mud pie! We expected the better restaurants in town to be more cowboy fare and this was a perfect alternative.
