My wife and I stayed in some wonderful hotels on our 3000 mile road trip around the mountain plains of the USA. This was just about the best. Attractive lobby, very friendly and helpful staff, super room with fantastic shower facilities and the best breakfast we had on holiday-complimentary too! Exceeded expectations!

This hotel was one hotel that was suggested on TA while visiting the Teton/Jackson area. I was looking for lodging for after our 8 night stay inside Yellowstone. It was a toss up between Jackson Lake Lodge (inside the Teton Park) or the Wyoming Inn. The decision was made for me after I waited much to long to book. I am not unhappy with our stay here....in fact the hotel is lovely, extremely clean and comfortable. There is a free washer/dryer for use, internet service, comfy beds, nice bathroom, with vanity/sink outside the shower area which is nice when more than one person is getting ready. There is also a coffee maker in the room. The only downside to this hotel is there is not a refridgerator or microwave in the room. There is a small onsight restaurant that opens for breakfast and dinner. The surrounding area offers many restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. The hotel is not walking distance to the town of Jackson and it is quite a distance from the Tetons. But, I would not hesitate to stay at this property for future visits to the Jackson area. I cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not eat there.

Thank you for rating your stay at the Wyoming Inn with five stars in every category: Value, Location, Sleep Quality, Rooms, Location, and Service.

Many of our guests take day trips to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and find the 12-mile distance and 15 minute drive to be very convenient, the drive being one of the most beautiful they’ve experienced.

We are happy that you were pleased with the atmosphere, crafted with incredible art, elegant rooms, and stunning common spaces for your enjoyment. Our bathrooms are brand new with our multi-million dollar remodel and feature granite countertops, glass-encased showers, and porcelain tile. We are happy you took pleasure in your vanity sink and extra space in your room. We’ve made every part of each room luxurious for our guests. We are proud of the excellent appearance and high standards in cleanliness we maintain at the Wyoming Inn. These benefits and more make every experience with us a special occasion.

We are pleased that you enjoyed those amenities which make our Inn feel like home. The complimentary laundry room is always helpful after a day’s adventures. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, the highest speed on the market, and feature a business desk in every room as well as a complimentary business center for your convenience.

Thank you for staying with us.

Regards,
Mike Solis

We stayed here in early September. The weather was lovely and warm [75], perfect for hiking. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Fantastic room, plenty of space,[we were traveling with our 18 and 21yr old children]. It was spotlessly clean, had free wireless internet, [a major advantage when traveling with older kids & for keeping up with work]. The free use of a washing machine and drier was really appreciated as we were on a 15 day car tour of Utah/Wyoming& Colorado. The restaurant food and Staff were excellent, high dining at a very reasonable price. The Chef knew his craft well. The cooked breakfasts were excellent, but we would have liked a choice of fruit, yogurt, cereal/muesli/granola etc as an alternative, [we are from the UK & not used to cooked breakfast everyday]. This hotel is miles superior to those at Teton Village [were we've stayed before; they were expensive, soulless places]. I spent a lot of time researching this hotel, it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again, thanks to all the staff.

We stayed for three nights in a King room on the third floor. The room is a good size and was spotless-not even any dust on top of the wardrobe! An excellent coffee making machine (Keurig) is provided - made coffee without any of the difficulties that so many makes seem to have. Complimentary wi-fi, business centre and laundry were a great plus. Staff friendly and courteous, particularly the restaurant staff. Evening meal was good but when, due to circumstances, we dined again a second night we found the menu, even including the specials, to be identical. Breakfast although pleasant is rather expensive and for the same price one can put together a picnic breakfast and lunch from the nearby alberstons supermarket.
So in summary the room and facilities are superb.

This was a holiday trip for a family of six including adult "kids". The hotel was excellent and the service friendly and helpful. As a business hotel, it had everything you would expect. As a family on holiday, the only preference would have been a location closer to the center rather than having to jump in the car, even if only for 5-7 minutes, and we regretted that the hotel restaurant only offered cooked breakfasts in the morning - no continental breakfast possible as our (European) family prefer. We enjoyed a good US cooked breakfast on the last day, but ... Every day? All round enjoyable stay and a safe bet. Next time we'll try and find something in Jackson Hole itself though.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Wyoming Inn.

We appreciate your description of the Wyoming Inn as "excellent" and that our service, an essential aspect, was friendly and helpful. Our Guest Services team goes to great lengths to assist our esteemed guests when at all possible.

We understand your desire to be close to the town square. Those that stay with us seem to prefer the tranquility of our location one mile away from the town square (which is known to be busy, noisy, and congested). We believe a mountain vacation should preserve the peaceful and tranquil setting that our guests are drawn to. At the Wyoming Inn, each guest has an experience all their own.

At the Wyoming Inn, we believe that offering high quality enhancements are essential to our guests experience. Our restaurant features fresh, sustainable, and organic ingredients every day. Our food is cooked to order for the best in quality and taste. We believe our guests deserve to sit down with friends and family and savor the best we have to offer. We do have light fare available such as fruit cups and oatmeal. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the choices of the breakfast menu. We hope we may see you soon so once more so that you may take advantage of these benefits.

Thank You,

Mike Solis

We found this place through the AAA book. The pictures made it look really nice. When we arrived we found it WAS really nice. The front desk staff did their best to accommodate us, even though they were just about full for the second night... They found space for us so that we didn't have to change rooms. The general manager made us a good deal for two nights with our AAA discount. We found that the food in the restaurant was excellent, though the prices were about usual for hotel fare. This is definitely NOT a discount hotel. It is quality all the way...including the staff (particularly, our restaurant server, Brad). These people seem to genuinely enjoy their work. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we pass through.

Thank you for your review.

Our website exceptionally illustrates the gravity and elegance of our majestic Inn. We find an accurate online portrayal of our property is a basic guest expectation and is not always the case with our competition.

We are pleased that our Guest Services team who work diligently to fulfill the needs and wishes of our honored guests, made your time with us more valuable and expedient.
We are further pleased that you sampled our in-house restaurant. Our guests find that the incredible freshness, high quality of our food, and mouth-watering menu are all staples of the Wyoming Inn’s cuisine. All this with the reasonable prices you mentioned. At the Wyoming Inn, we wish to treat our guests to the best for a more memorable experience with family and friends to cherish for years to come. We are not the cheapest hotel, but our discerning guests find they get what they pay for.

Thank you for mentioning the diligence of our Guest Services team. They are dedicated professionals and are glad for your positive review. Brad, your server, was particularly pleased when we informed him that you enjoyed your meal.

Thank you again for your kind words and your stay with us. We hope to see you again.

Best Wishes,

This was actually our second stay at the Wyoming Inn. Back in 2008, we had booked the Rustic Inn Cabins as it was just being finished, but it ended up not finished enough for us to stay. Fortunately, the Rustic Inn had booked us a room at the Wyoming Inn. As a result, this is where we knew we wanted to stay for our trip back this year. As before, the Wyoming Inn personnel were very friendly. Most importantly to us, the facility is CLEAN! I would recommend this location. The only thing not as positive (but I wouldn't call it a negative) is the new restaurant. While I'm sure this is a terrific place to eat, it is clearly marketing itself as an upscale establishment. We would have preferred the continental breakfast that was offered during our first trip....especially at the prices paid to stay there. However, this would not keep me from coming back. A great place!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed yourselves and your experience at the Wyoming Inn.

Thank you for your praise of our staff. They genuinely appreciate your comments and are pleased to be able to help.

Our Guest Services team is on hand twenty-four hours of the day, seven days a week. They are ready to assist you with knowledge of the best the area has to offer including fine restaurants and shopping, activities in the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, and offering their assistance with anything you should need while staying with us.

Our Housekeeping team is second to none. Each day they are held to high standards. We require only the best for our honored guests. A clue to this dedication is the sign under your bed-you’ll find a sign stating: “Yes, we clean here too.”

We wish you had popped into Wild Grass, our excellent new restaurant, as you would have been instantly glad you did. One reason is that all Chef Jason’s ingredients are incredibly fresh. All food in our kitchen is sustainably harvested and organically grown (when possible.) The quality of our food alone makes it worth the reasonable price. The deliciously crafted menu and pleasant, tranquil atmosphere don’t hurt either. Chef Jason’s motto is simple food, done right.

We are pleased and hope you decide to return sooner rather than later. We hope that when you do you’ll enjoy all of our amenities that make the Wyoming Inn a retreat to remember for you and your family.

Many Thanks,

Mike Solis
