This place has small, individual cabins (log cabin decor) consisting of two room: a dining/sitting area, and a bedroom. The dividing wall between the rooms does not go all the way to the ceiling, so it does not shut out light and sound from the other room. The cabin has almost a complete kitchen: sink, two burners, microwave, large mini-fridge with a freezer that badly needed defrosting, and basic dishes and cooking supplies. There was a small table with two chairs inside, and also a picnic table and two plastic chairs outside. There was a flatscreen TV in each room. The cabin has lots of windows to let in the sunshine. The bathroom was small but had convenient shelves for storage. A sign warned about the limits of the water heater and made me worried about running out of hot water, but we had plenty. The bathroom was well lit, but the lights heat up the room. The shower head was good. The bed was comfortable, and we got a good night's sleep. Our daughter said the sofabed was reasonably comfortable but squeaked some. The sofabed would not fit two adults. The grounds are very nice with lawn areas; I could picture a family with young children enjoying this place in the summer. There is no included breakfast, but we did enjoy free cookies in the evening and hot chocolate in the morning. We paid $142. Jackson is an expensive place to stay. Bubba's Bar-B-Que on the same street serves good food at reasonable prices.

These cabins make you feel like you are in a remote wilderness yet you are close in town. Ours was very clean and well appointed. Total quiet during the night also. Close enough to town square if one chooses to walk. Excellent choice.

On the Plus side: spacious and comfortable log cabin, warm and very well insulated, good heater in the bathroom. There were several nice additional features (a couch, a kitchenette, nice lighting, a "rag" to clean whatever you need etc.) which we were not expecting for this price.

On the Minus side: wifi worked for a moment and then got interrupted, breakfast stops early (we got there at 9am and there was hardly anything left while their information booklet mentioned they served till 10am)
