My family and I were on a Road Trip and Rustic Inn was suppossed to be a one night stop, but the hotel is so beautiful tht we decided to stop one more night. The cabins are stunning, clean and spacious. The common areas lovely. Breakfast was free and delicious. And the spa offered fabulous treatments... Highly recommend the roses wrap. Overall thia was by far the best stop in our 12 day road trip :).

We looked at several rooms and took a King Cabin. Very impressed with the rooms. Service from everyone was outstanding and all were exceptionally friendly. Room rate was $119 per night for 3 nights. It was less expensive as a walk in than making a reservation. Obviously, it was off season and they had rooms available. Room was very clean, roomy, comfortable, very nice furnishings. Only negative was that the floor heat in bath areas was not working. (Cabin 151) At 20 degrees at night, it made for very cold feet on the tile floors. When we asked, they said that they were having problems with the floor heating in a number of the units. If this is a major issue for you, ask first before you book. While a disappointment, it did not detract from the outstanding quality of everything else. The Breakfast Buffet was among the best we have found anywhere.

Our stay at the Rustic Inn spoiled us for the rest of the trip. We called at the last minute and got a 2 queen superior cabin (not creekside). We got a terrific rate ($119/night). When we checked in Janessa was very friendly and helpful. We got to the cabin and were shocked at the amenities in the cabin for the price. It was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful! We decided right then to add another night to our stay and again Janessa was very helpful, offering us a 2nd night at the same great rate. It was nice and quiet for sleeping. But the best part of the stay? The breakfast! Both days we had a wonderful selection of hot foods, breads, pastries and fresh fruit. The food was wonderfully prepared and the staff working the room was very helpful and extremely pleasant.

If you are staying in Jackson, don't miss out on this wonderful place!

A quick walk and you're in the center of Jackson, but while you're at Rustic Inn it feels like you're alone in the world! A sanctuary on the creek - quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a cabin overlooking the creek and the mountains. Beautifully decorated, western style, with many amenities. The beds were so comfortable, lots & lots of pillows! My only negative comment - the bath (toilet and tub) was very small room. The sink (which was a lovely piece of furniture) was located in the bedroom area which seemed a bit awkward.
There was an island with a small refrigerator and microwave, a large TV that swiveled between the bedroom area and a dining area. On the deck we had 4 chairs and a table...comfortable for sitting and enjoying the view.
On the grounds there are a number of fire pits....every night there are fires...guests sit around and enjoy the evening quiet. There is a walking path around the grounds - again, you don't feel like you're in the city.
Breakfast was served in the main lodge. It's buffet style and the food was very good. Our first morning there were a number of tour groups at the lodge...breakfast was chaos....not enough room for everyone to sit, etc. We decided to try it again our second morning and it was so much better.
For a bit of luxury while staying in Jackson, Rustic Inn is the place to stay.
