Beautiful hotel right in the middle of town. Really happy with our choice and hope to return one day.

We stayed at the Wort over the weekend. When we checked in (early), we were told our room was not ready but they would call us. We checked back hourly for three hours and each time were told it wasn't quite ready. When we finally were given the key, we ran into the maid and when we inquired about the delay she said a pilot was in the room and he never checked out until 4pm. (Check in time). If they had said when we first checked in that it would not be ready until after 4pm we could have made other plans. It is all about managing expectations. The funny thing is that the people we were traveling with had a poor experience the week before and the Wort assured them everything would be perfect for their return a week later.

Booked Grand room for last night of great Wyoming vacation. Window looked out on alley, but since we were staying one night, it did not seem to be an issue. Woken up out of a sound sleep by bar noise at 12:30 a.m. Stayed up for over an hour with noise, hollering and music. When I asked about it the next day, they said it was the Cowboy Bar which has music every night. Told me that it was a constant problem. In other words, they knew about the problem when they gave me the room and said nothing. If you want a good night sleep, do not stay here.

in fact the hotel and location are nice
however despite it is a boutique hotel the management does not refuse any large tourists group;
So the atmosphere is totally different and rather than to be in a quite and cosy place you are in the middle of noisy groups.When I was there a Disney tour group with about 30 children was in the hotel .
Useless to say that it was almost impossible to stay at the restaurant!!!!!
So better to know when you check if such kind of reservation could be made as when you book by mail , usually you pat at the same time and then it will be impossible to be reimburse if you wish to cancel when you discover the disaster

This hotel is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The service was excellent. The concierge gave us some very good recommendations, one of which was a local chuckwagon dinner night which was corny, but a lot of fun. The Silver Dollar bar makes you feel like you are really in the Old West. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Definitely worth the money.

Room was expensive, we are I prefer members, room was right above bar. We were tired and wanted to sleep. The whole room was shaking and loud band music played until late at night. Also mold on the bathrooms tiles in the bathroom! Very disappointed, will not return or recommend. They said they could not change our room but could maybe get us into another hotel? Why should we have to pack up and move after we are unpacked and settled!
Very unproffesional!

Had made reservations 4 months before and were required to pay in full upon making reservations. Upon arrival, the room we booked was NOT avaliable. They were very sorry and assisted us in finding the only other hotel room avaliable in Jackson on the weekend we were there. Think OLD ,SMELLY, LOUD and DIRTY. Ruined our trip to Jackson.
