“Beautiful Hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2013

The rooms here were absolutely gorgeous, clean and modern. The heated floor tiles were definitely a huge plus for cold feet. i love that they have ther wolf mascot sitting on the bed to great you as you walked through the door. The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful after arriving from a very long and eventful day in Yellowstone.

Thank you so much for sharing your comments. We certainly are happy with the outcome of our courtyard room renovations - glad to hear that your feet enjoyed the heated tiles too! Lexi our friendly mascot looks forward to greeting you on your next visit to Jackson Hole.

The room was nice, clean but not don't expect anything special: but you don't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. The hotel location and staff were fantastic. The free coffee and cookies were nice too. Great stay and I will stay there again.

As a frequent traveler to Jackson, I've stayed at a lot of local hotels. Last week (May '13), I decided to try the Lexington at the advise of some of my friends who live in Jackson. Rooms were going for $85 night on Priceline express deals, so I couldn't resist. It proved to be a great choice. The rooms were large, clean, tastefully decorated, and everything is new. Everything worked perfectly, from the coffee makers to the faucets to the climate control. Customer service at the front desk was superb. Breakfast, which is included in the room price, was in the top 25% of hotel breakfasts, which is to say that it was pretty decent, but not fantastic. Finally, the location is right downtown, so restaurants, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. It's WAY nicer than any of the chain hotels in town (Hampton Inn, Best Western, etc.).

My wife and I took a mini vacation to the Tetons in late April 2013. We flew in on Saturday April 27 and arrived at the hotel about 1:30 pm. The woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and was very helpful. She allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room even though we were staying there with a travelzoo deal. She was helpful on where to eat a quick lunch and for possibilities of dinner over the next three days.

The room was very nice king bed and large wonderful bathroom and shower along with a mini fridge and microwave and easy access free internet.

It is close to downtown Jackson really only a block away so we were able to walk to town and the shops very easily.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in building 3. We didn't use the pool area but it was kind a small anyway. The continental breakfast was hot and the coffee was very good.

We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others to stay here also.

Hats off to the wonderful staff you have there!

The staff was super-friendly and cordial. We were there in off-season, so it was relatively calm, and they went out of their way to make sure we knew what restaurants were open.

The room was very clean, and while not huge, large enough for us to be comfortable. The kitchenette served our needs perfectly, as after long days of exploring the area, we were able to cook dinner in, which helped, as we were tired.

Beds were comfortable, and pillows were nice, and plentiful. There was a nice armchair, but it could use a small side table to hold a beverage. The bathroom was a good size, and I like the vanity area being separate and large. Our biggest complaint was the lighting--the energy efficient bulbs made it a challenge for reading. That is becoming a standard unfortunately. It would be more helpful to upgrade to some of the LED bulbs, as they burn brighter in my experience.

The hot tub was warm enough, although it could have been a degree or two hotter for our tastes. The pool is very, very small, but would work for a dip.

They had some bicycles guests could use to tool about town--it was cold, so we didn't look into the length of use.

Breakfast was actually much better than expected, and wasn't just pastries and toast. Coffee, tea, and water in the lobby most of the day is also nice. It was really great after a cold afternoon hiking and photo taking to grab a nice cup of herb tea (good selection, too).

Room Tip: We had a room in one of the second buildings--it faced a side street and was quiet, although the off...

Green Features: They had a recycle bin in the room, which I love, and use the light bulbs.

Stayed on a Groupon deal. Suite was very comfortable, central location, warm staffing. April is pretty dead in town but still fun. Pool is laughable at best, really only down side. Pricing was fair. We stayed in the main building.

Our stay at the Lexington began by an outgoing, very helpful, friendly interaction with the hotel staff at check in. The two women went above and beyond in terms of helpfulness. The king sized bed had seven pillows! Seven pillows and a stuffed wolf to greet you. The bed was comfortable, the heated tiles were a nice touch, microwave, refrigerator and TV wonderful. The breakfast was good, and again the staff was wonderful.
