Folks deciding to stay at a Super 8 shouldn't expect fanciness or lavish surroundings. The Super 8 at Jackson stays true to form in this department but the hotel is much cleaner and the staff friendlier than I would have expected. I stayed here during February, when most of the guests were skiers and snowboarders like myself. Everyone got along in the breakfast area and there were no obnoxious parties going on all night. Jackson Hole is a tiring ski area and I got great sleep every night!
One note: Maybe I didn't understand the bus schedule as well as others but I had to walk about ten minutes (with ski gear) each morning to the nearby K-Mart / Hampton Inn to catch the bus out to Jackson Hole. It may be worth considering spending more money to stay at the Hampton Inn (which looked pretty nice) and have a bus stop just a few feet out the door than hoofing it to and from the bus stop.
