We stayed at Snow King for a few days before our way to Yellowstone Park to celebrate our third anniversary. Our accomodations was not what we reserved and was very upset. The room was disgusting, dirty, smells bad and dark. We were under the impression that this was a nice place, but the website is misleading, the resort is a dump and not worth the price that they charge.

The concierge staff was very helpful. We went into town, to teton village, Grand Tetons and had a great time. The only good outcome from this resort, thank goodness, was the food and the staff in the restaurant was wonderful.

We recommend not to stay at this resort, you are wasting your money and relaxation!

My wife and I stayed at the Snow King Resort Love Ridge Condos for our second anniversary and had an amazing time! The room was beautiful and the view was beautiful - right outsite our window was the most amazing view of Jackson Hole and the surrounding Buttes. I'll have to admit that we didn't spend too much time in the actual Hotel itself because the main downtown square was only a 10 minute walk away.

If you are going to stay at the Snow King Resort I recommend opting for the condos as the regular hotel is on the older side. The condos themselves are quite luxurious and built in the last few years.

This was a corporate trip---horrible place to stay. Upon checking in, realized that this place is OLD. Probably nicer 30 years ago. Had stairs throughout the lobby, with no ramps, making hauling luggage very problematic. Nasty carpet and floors throughout. My room (a suite) was so gross. Old, green carpet with dirty tile in the bathroom. I didn't take my shoes off. The toilet barely flushed, and when I requested that it be fixed, it was not. There were only three dim lights in the suite, so when it got dark, you could barely see to pack/unpack your suitcase. The heating unit in the room was loud, with coils that obviously were a fire hazard. The fire alarms went off several times at night, and this happened throughout the entire facility. The elevators were broken throughout my stay and I had to haul luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Several co-workers got stuck in the elevators! I would rather have stayed in a heated tent than stay at Snow King. I stay at a hotel every week, and for $165.00/night, this was a JOKE! Please don't stay here--worse hotel I've ever experienced and what a letdown for pricey Jackson Hole.

This hotel is in the ideal location for visiting national Parks and skiing in the winter. The food is adequate although the large lady as maitre 'd left a lot to be desired. The alcohol was very expensive in the bar. The lighting was so poor in the room it was almost impossible to read. One lift broke down almost daily. The free broadband was welcome.
