Based on the photos and the descriptions on the web site, I thought this hotel would be rather good. But, alas, I was awefully dissappointed....
My hotel room was small, with no wardrobe ( so there was no where to hang my clothes!), no mini fridge, and a tiny bathroom with a rattling air fan. The walls were paper thin so I could hear everthing guests above and to the side of me were doing (particularly going to the toilet and snoring). Also, the quality of the house keeping each day was really bad. Finally, the location of the hotel is on a main road and you can hear the traffic come and go... who needs sleep?!
The good thing about it is that it is central - only five mins walk to downtown Jackson. Also, the staff there are very friendly and very helpfull.
But... all things considered... sadly...I would only stay here if your budget is really tight.
(P.S the photo on the web site shows a magnificent lounge / reception area with an elks or mosse head over the fireplace etc... this area is in fact tiny... not a grand country lodge at all!)

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Jackson Hole Lodge. Our location on Broadway is at times noisey, however many of our rooms are located well off the main road and are actually very quite. The main lodge dating to 1941 houses several of our smaller rooms that we typically hold for those arriving without a reservation simply looking for a night's accommodation at the best available rate.
