I travel for work and change hotels every 3 days for 6 weeks at a time. So ive stayed in a lot of hotels. This Hotel is being renovated so some "inconvienience" should be expected. I stayed here twice in a month. The first time I had a room that wasn't renovated yet. It was clean, and had no problems. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean to hospital standards.

The second time I had a renovated room. When all the rooms are that way. This ill be 5 stars. The diamond in the crown is the staff. I had some business issues and asked the staff for help. The staff was very helpful. One of them needs to be mentioned. "Holli" was polite and very very helpful. In addition when we checked in she filled all of the requests we had. ( smoking rooms, wake up calls, rooms on certain floors, etc) and deerves a specil mention.

Room Tip: Be understanding the hotel is under renovation. Its still very clean, quiet, and Has a top notch st...

Easy to find and conveniently located. Very close to Welcome Center. Room was comfortable and clean. Our kids loved the set up of this hotel with indoor balconies overlooking pool. Pool was chilly, but I was delighted by the one foot deep kiddie pool...a mother's dream. The little playground by pool was a fun bonus for the littles, as well. Breakfast had some nice variety from sausage in a bun and burritos to donuts, toast options, yogurt, fruit, etc. Request for extra blankets was met with immediate delivery of super cozy covers. Restaurant remodel was not finished, yet (thus we had to endure the smell of paint/chemicals in breakfast area), but should offer a special option to future guests...and it was nice to have coffee house option in hotel...though the continental breakfast coffee left me without the need to get my fix elsewhere. I would recommend pillow options, as pillows on beds were uniform, all a bit too large and firm. Overall, enjoyed the stay and our family would certainly come again.

Very disappointed. Not as clean as it should of been. Tub needs to be redone. Ants in the bathroom. Water continously fluctuated. Hot tub was lukewarm. Sauna didn't work. Breakfast was terrible every day.

*** Staff ***
The staff was bright, cheerful and in general helpful. It’s nice to have someone smile when they look up to greet you.

*** Business Center ***
The motel (yep, many of the first floor rooms have interior and exterior doors) has a single computer with a printer that guests can use to print boarding passes, etc. The printer was out of ink during our entire stay and the front desk staff was unable to provide a replacement. It had apparently been out of ink for two days.

*** Breakfast ***
The food was poor even in relation to what passes for Continental Breakfast at other hotels/motels. Items sat too long and were overly salty.

*** Room ***
The décor is garish, lighting is poor, the king side bed makes it impossible to pull the chair out from the desk, switches in the room are confusing, climate controls are hard to read and understand. It looks like the wallpaper was painted over. I did like the blind setup they had on the windows, it’s the only window covering I’ve seen that blacked out the room so completely. While the room is too small to support a king size bed, the mattress was of good quality and made sleep pleasant.

*** Bathroom ***
Part of the fascia for the vanity was missing.

*** Overview ***
The rate for the room is too high based on the state of the rooms and other amenities. While areas generally looked clean, the state of the décor and maintenance leaves you wondering.

We apologize for all the problems you encountered during your recent stay. Our kitchen has been closed due to renovation, however, with the opening of our new restaurant we will have the ability to expand on our complimentary breakfast.

Our check in was fast and easy..front desk staff very polite. my daughter loved the lobby area -- will be nice when remodel is done. our room was kind of tricky to get to -- they explained that we were an outside room, but to get into it at first you have to access it from the inside door, since the outside door is deadbolted. but i was able to park right outside my room, so that was nice. the room was a little small...it was me and a 6 year old and i definitely felt cramped in there. the pool seemed cold to me, but my kiddo liked it. i preferred the hot tub which was nice. breakfast was ok. the selection for breakfast seemed a little lackluster compared to other hotels in the same price range. i would probably stay again, but only if the price was good. i didn't have any problems, but there was nothing that wowed me either.

The remodel is looking good, but still has a way to go. The open lobby concept is great for team gathering and socializing. If I had one negative, it is that the breakfast isn't good and creamer is not flavored. Maybe it is snobby, but I hate when you are only given the little cups of plain creamer. Spring for French vanilla or Irish creme and you would have gotten a higher score.

Thanks for staying with us we also appreciate all reviews either good or bad. Our new Asian steakhouse will open in two weeks which we are really excited about at the property. Hopefully the restaurant opening will be the last of our remodel project for a while.
