“Great Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

We ate here during our night stay in Dubois, on our way to Yellowstone, earlier this summer. The food was excellent and the place had a great vibe. We left very full and very happy.

“Most upscale restaurant in Dubois”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

You still wear your blue jeans and cowboy boots. We had the good local beer and enjoyed the western food. Definitely recommend the Asian salad with flank steak.

“Excellent food and wine”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

Lovely fresh flavours and seasonal choices. Frame at options for vegetarians and nice selection of wines. Waitress was such a sweety and great recommendations. My only wish is that service could have been a little faster as I was extremely tired by end of evening.

“consistent and creative food in Dubois”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

We dined at the Bistro last week. I have to say that it has slipped since last summer. Last summer the burgers were truly exception as well as were the french fries and other items on the menu. This year the food was okay but far less tasty and exceptional. I was disappointed because I had been waiting all year to come back and get my favorite burger, the horseradish cheddar cheese burger. The hours also have changed. Last year the Bistro was open for lunch, now it is only dinner. Good food, but not so special.

Delicious food, varied menu, nice atmosphere. Exactly what we needed after a long day at Yellowstone.
