“Customer service is totally rude and untrustworthy”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2010

My husband and I went there for the first time and loved the pizza we had gotten. We asked about them making us a special pizza to fit what we liked and they were able to do that for us the last several times we ordered a pizza for delivery. We called back this evening and someone answered the phone in an unprofessional manner and then said that he wouldn't make the pizza for us. I called back to see if there was a manager to speak with and he claimed he was the manager and said that they wouldn't do that pizza ever for us! Then asked to speak or get a phone number for the owner and he said that there was no way for me to speak with him. All in all customer service from that place is rude and we will no longer be doing business with them.

“Unlike any pizza in town!? Are you insane?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2009

This is the SAME exact menu as L'Osteria Mondello! The same family owns it for crying out loud. But apparently there's some stupid feud or something keeping bad blood going. Honestly, I think it's all nonsense because I even see some of the same people work the two different stores! There's another Mondello's in town but you can't tell it's there unless you know where to look.

Any way, if you've been to and enjoyed Mondello but wish it was closer to your side of town, then go here. It's the same pepperoni rolls, same sauce, same crust, same cheese, same employees for crying out loud! Just go to whichever is closest and you'll love this New York style pizza!

“Best pizza ever”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2009

Huge slices. Amazing unlike any pizza in town! We love it. The inside would be cute for a first date. Cheap yet amazing!

“The Best Pizza in Wyoming”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2008

If you want great pizza, look no further. Parkway offers the tastiest Italian food around. The pizza is cooked with olive oil, giving it a unique flavor that is missed with most restaurants. The texture of the crust is amazing--moist but with a crispy outer layer. This pizza is most similar to Pizzeria Regina in Boston, MA, although possibly even better. Parkway also offers a selection of Italian desserts, including delicious cannolis with an unexpected cinnamon flavor. If you want a great pizza from a restaurant run by actual Italians, Parkway Pizza is your place.
