“Classic capitol”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2013

I arrived on Sunday, so I was not able to go in but I noticed they have two statues outside the main entrance, one for an Indian chief who made peace with the 'white man" an done of a lady who helped get suffrage passed in Wyoming, the first state to do so. They also have a replica of the liberty bell that I have seen at other capitols.

Neat little old building, with free admission. Some great artwork inside...a fun quick with easy access right off the freeway. Well worth a quick stop!

“People, people”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

Friendly people! It's nice when our elected officials come out of their offices and chit chat. I give my grandkids a tour when they are in the 1st and 6th grades so they can see Wyoming in action.

“Architecture that can hold its own”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2013

I have been to many historical government buildings through my studies and while this isn't the grandest structure it still has it unique elements. Like ever other state capitol it represents that state is resides. The building is smaller than most, but this reflects the population of Wyoming.
